We have been here before & would return again but beds need to be firmer.
Pros:

Restaurant on-site is terrific - no searching around for good places to have dinner; the serves are generous as well.

Cons:

Beds were too soft. Air conditioner was too noisy so we slept badly. Fan in the bathroom was not strong enough.

I would be happy to stay there again.
Pros:

It felt secure and safe. Restaurant food was available within the complex. It was close to a bus stop which might have been useful if I has needed a bus. As it was, the weather was nice and my goals were within a half-hour walk through pleasant suburban streets. Room had fridge, jug, air conditioning, TV and ensuite. A hair dryer was provided on request.

Cons:

Nothing serious to complain about. The accommodation was a bit hard to find, round the back through the hotel carpark, and then entry was through a firedoor. Second floor rooms require carrying luggage up one flight of steps. No microwave or table in the room, but one stool was provided for the bench, and one lounge chair.

Everything was great, would stay again.

The bistro was great, plenty of parking, nice room, good shower pressure.

Cons:

Pros:

Bar open to 4am. Staff helpful and friendly. Coffee sachets in room.

Cons:

Do not offer breakfast!! Got sausage roll from Garage across road! View from room -a dump, had to keep curtains closed. No hair dryer. No safe. No tissues. Clothes hangers fixed on rail in wardrobe. Poor quality towels etc. It is a Casino/Motel not a hotel! Reception from Bar

The dinning & bar were great, the meal was lovely the staff was all great to deal with.
You need hair dryers in the rooms.
We would stay again if needed.

Cons:

That I couldn't contact you's direct I had to go through a third party.
No hair dryers in the room.
I also didnt like that the adjoining room door was not locked, only thing keeping it close from the other side was a chair, people in the next room could have easily open our door.
