Pros:

There was a grocery shop next to the hotel which was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is located in an area full of care mechanic shops; and was welcomed with the smell of cat poop by the car park outside the hotel.
The hotel is not welcoming at all, very old and moldy. Paints were peeling off. I got my room on the ground floor and on the 2nd night there was a baby centipede on my bed. They changed my room and another centipede was crawling In the shower the next morning while I was showering. Too moldy won't recommend for those with bad allergies. The water from their water filter made me sick.
