Love the atmosphere and staff service and conveniently located
The staff seemed unorganized and not very friendly. Checking out took quite some time that I was starting to worry if I was going to make it to the airport in time. The rooms were nice but you can hear the highway. The room key also kept not working.
I was suppose to get 2 bedroom suite while I WAS GIVEN 2 separate bedrooms?? why?
And hotel was not ready to make the changes or HELP????
The room was not same as booked. Checking in took around one hour. Bed numbers was not enough as booked. Morning buffet was very limited and cheap.

Loud music late night coming from the night club located in the lobby. Staff at the front desk not responding quickly .
Our second visit to the property. last year was pleasant, however, we have noticed that it requires more thorough cleaning this year. Although the property itself is excellent, cleanliness standards need improvement.
Very limited hours to use pool..that is from 11am to 2pm

The only espectacular was the restaurant and night club Cavo in 6 floor

First we have waited for more than an hour to check-in. the front desk ladies were nice but i must say overwhelmed and did not know how manage the stress. we were charged for a mini bar item that we never consumed.
The hotel location is good, walking distance to Dubai Mall! Room is clean and spacious, but check in and check out process is taken too much time for waiting.

I had a good time there, there wasn’t any need for me to step out the hotel.
We had an amazing time! This hotel is walking distance to the Dubai Mall and there are multiple bus stops nearby that are also walking distance. Would definitely recommend!
Very nice rooms. Cleanliness could be better. There are two clubs in the hotel with very loud music until 4am. Them people partying in their rooms and hallways after. Don’t count on getting much sleep. 2 star rating for service. The pool area is unusable. Location is fantastic and the views of burj khalifa are great. Canal side views are terrible. Facing another big building.
Firstly, I did not receive the room that I reserved and paid for. Secondly, the staff was not on the same page. I was constantly bothered while sleeping about the status of my stay as I requested another night. Ultimately I ended up leaving early due to not much respect of privacy.
This is certainly not at the standard of a 5 star hotel.
