チェックイン前、荷物預かりが、スマフォで登録するシステムは、初めての経験でしたが、丁寧に対応してもらえたので安心できました。

Cons:

残念なことに、部屋が4階で隣接したマンションの裏でロケーションが全く無いだけでなく、マンションの通路側に面していてカーテンを締め切りにしなければならなかったことです。

Cons:

同じ料金で2部屋を3泊予約しましたが、1部屋は毎日清掃してもらえるのに、もう1部屋は「特価プランだから」という理由で清掃してもらえませんでした。同じ料金を支払っているのに、サービスが違うのは理解できません。

また、朝食バイキングも非常に残念でした。魚がなくなっても補充されず、ほかの料理もなくなったまま。仕事の予定があり、急いで朝食を済ませたいのに、料理がなかなか補充されず困りました。

これまでいろいろなホテルに宿泊してきましたが、このような対応は初めてです。

同じ料金でもサービスに差があり、朝食の管理も不十分で、非常に残念な宿泊となりました。
