Pros:

I have booked and paid full payment though the app as always but when I checked in there was a payment issue because the hotel staff said we are not registered with expedia and didn't get paid so i have to chase them up and sort that out because looks like there was a third person involved and he took his commission in this booking which hotel staff didn't know and that cost me more than normal which never happened before since I am using expedia app.
The hotel staff was very helpful and doing a great job great customer service.

Hotel Serena Palace _ Multan: A Pure Hell on Earth
Pros:

This hotel is a "Pure Hell on Earth" _ and one of the owner's attitude is nothing less than "Pure Evil/Thug". My assessment has nothing to do with the daily wages' employees at the hotel. Please review the pictures and make your own judgement!!!
