Gostei muito do hotel, bons acabamentos e decoração adequada, bom gosto.
Quando chegámos não estava ninguém na recepção e esperámos um pouco na rua (talvez 3 minutos), mas não sabíamos se alguém ia abrir a porta.
No check out é preciso esperar que um funcionário vá ao quarto verificar “se ficou alguma coisa esquecida”. +- 10 minutos.

BUT.....while first impression of the room was fantastic one quickly realized that, apartment from the bed and the floor, there was not a single level surface upon which to open your suitcase. Further, apart from the hanging lockers which were good, there was no level surface big enough to place anything.
The bathroom was modern, spacious and large, but not a single level surface to place even a toilet bag, only the floor. Not only that, there was no towel rail or even towel hooks. One's only option was to hang towels over the shower glass!! How is this even possible? It's hard to believe this beautifully renovated hotel has been open for 5 years and that hundreds of previous guests have not complained. It is obviously the original interior designers never actually slept in the hotel, if all the rooms were equally equipped.
Aloverly hotel spoilt "for a penny worth of tar". The cost of a couple of folding suitcase legs and a towel rail or two would have been insignificant.

Close to the river easy to get to everything and taxi service outside front door means easy to get to the top of town and avoid steep walks to get to various sites

Der klackernde Strassendeckel direkt vor dem Gebäude, der bei jedem Auto eine Woche lange klackerte. Als er dann endlich geflickt wurde musst ich abreisen.
Ontbijt! Goed bed. Ligging hotel. Douche. Zeer vriendelijke personeel.
