Posizione centrale, staff impeccabile, camera pulita e ordinata, colazione super top
Pros:

La colazione è stata pazzesca! tutto fresco e sopra le mie aspettative.
Ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di vino e il caffè era sempre a disposizione in camera.
Il personale gentilissimo, per la festa delle donne ci hanno donato una rosa.

Cons:

Assolutamente NULLA. Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo, sia per la posizione super centrale che per l'accoglienza.
è stato tutto magnifico.

Mobilier chambre sommaire.
Petit déjeuner : Tres peu de considération pour les allergies au gluten et lactose. Il fallait quémander tous les jours de tranches de pain. Pas de céréales et des laitages de remplacement. Début du Pdj 8h trop tard pour des visites. Collation proposée ridicule (1 sandwich, 1 pomme et 1 yaourt à boire)

La ubicación, la limpieza y el desayuno buffet. La chica de recepción que estuvo el domingo por la mañana y el chico que nos hizo el check in el sábado por la tarde fueron muy amables.

Cons:

La poca profesionalidad de algunos recepcionistas. Pedimos pasta de dientes y cepillo el primer día y segundo y ningún día había, primero me dijeron que no tenían sin buscar, pero cuando le dije que estaba disponible en su libro en la habitación, fue entonces cuando buscaron y no tenían. El primer día pedimos ayuda con la tv, nos dijeron que vendría el técnico sl día siguiente pero no vino. Teníamos el desayuno buffet incluido y el último día cogíamos el vuelo muy temprano, la única opción que nos daban de desayuno era un sandwich de jamón y queso y un yogurt, a duras penas nos hicieron un sandwich de tortilla francesa dura y hecha con mala gana, y fruta en un cuenco de cerámica que tuve que pedir que por favor me la pusieran en papel de aluminio. Tampoco nos gustó la distribución del baño, había que subir unas escaleras.

Un lugar para no perdérselo, maravilloso
Pros:

El lugar donde está ubicado es excepcional, el río está a poca distancia del alojamiento, la zona es fantástica para disfrutar del centro del Oporto más cercano, por supuesto y lo mejor del hotel es su personal, siempre atento con una sonrisa y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier momento y circunstancia, profesionales que saben estar presentes sin que se note mucho. Un gran abrazo para todos ellos, me alegro de haber elegido este hotel por el estilo y el trato amable de sus trabajadores.

Cons:

Lo único por poner algo, yo en el bufet de desayuno eche en falta una aceitera con su aceite, pero cuando lo indique me trajeron un cuenquito con aceite de oliva virgen, no a todos nos gusta la mantequilla, y el bufet era extraordinario.

A perfect hotel! We couldn’t have had a nicer stay in beautiful Porto!

The hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Porto. The hotel was beautifully designed, lovely interiors. The room was very comfortable and clean, great attention to detail. There was a really good choice for breakfast and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Maybe add a kettle for tea in the rooms

Fantastic location with wonderful breakfast
Pros:

The location is perfect - in the heart of Ribeira and walking distance to most places with a bus stop right outside. The Dom Luis bridge is a 5 minute walk. Breakfast is outstanding with an array of fresh fruits, cereals and breads plus pancakes and omelettes cooked to order. The staff are friendly and efficient and because the hotel is quite small it feels very intimate rather than a tourist trap.

Cons:

Unfortunately despite the room being lovely it overlooked the road where the Portuguese pastime appears to be revving motorcycles until the early hours and the windows are not sound proof. Also the room really needs a wardrobe or somewhere to hang trousers/dresses. I found the pillows quite lumpy but that might just be personal taste.

Pros:

Obsługa była przesympatyczna i bardzo pomocna. Najlepsze hotelowe śniadania jak dotychczas, przewyższyły nasze oczekiwania. Ciasto pomarańczowe i jajecznica - doskonałe. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja wypadowa do zwiedzania Porto, kilka kroków spacerem m.in. do rzeki czy do przystanku zabytkowego tramwaju. Dodatkowym plusem były parasole dla gości, które można było pożyczyć, kiedy akurat padało.
