La ubicación, en pleno centro de Oporto.
En el desayuno había indicado que no podía comer gluten y me dijeron que había varias opciones y que no tenía problema, pero solo había pan, con el resto me la tuve que jugar. Además pretendían tostar el pan en una tostadora contaminada. Poco conocimiento en este sentido. Pero por el resto todo muy bien.

I did a bunch of research before booking and this hotel aligned with everything that we had hoped for and more. The location was perfect, less than 100 meters from the river. The hotel had a really cool vibe being that it was an old stone building from hundreds of years ago that had been fully modernized. We were in room 3.4, which faced the street. I was initially concerned when I heard several ambulances stuck in traffic directly below our room within the first hour of checking in, but noise died down by 11pm nightly, and we stayed for three nights and slept sound until 8-9am every morning. The room was clean, and the breakfast with the largest omelette I've ever had in my life (order lightly re toppings on this one) was fantastic!! Only comment is that I wish the people at the front desk had been a bit more knowledgeable when I asked some pretty simple locale and tourist type questions about the area. Nobody was unfriendly, just not very well informed or so it seemed. And while the beds in most of the other hotels that we stayed in during this trip thru Portugal and Spain felt like camping on the ground for some reason, the mattress in our room was firm but not hard as a rock. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Porto!

O quarto era muito confortável, extremamente limpo e bem equipado. Toda a equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa, sempre nos recebendo com simpatia.
Gostamos de absolutamente tudo durante a hospedagem. Foi uma experiência impecável do início ao fim. Com certeza voltaremos quando retornarmos ao Porto e recomendamos o hotel a todos que procuram conforto, ótima localização e excelente atendimento. Parabéns a toda a equipe! 👏❤️
Ultra modern,great interior decoration, cozy and very appealing. There was always water and some fruit on the entrance counter. There was a little snack bar right next to the elevators that led to the rooms ! The rooms were amazing ! Bathroom, top tier !

Very nice, modern, very clean
great experience. first arrived and was welcomed so personally by Eva, it immediately made a difference. the hotel is well designed, eustatic, the room was specious, well equipped, well lit and very comfortable. the breakfast is excellent.
the only thing that was not comfortable was the noise at nigh. our room (with view), actually was facing the main, very busy road. we understood from Eva that the inner rooms are quieter.
We have just returned from a city break in Porto and stayed at the wonderful hotel.
Located just behind the river side makes it perfect for exploring the surrounding area and with a bus stop outside,it makes the city even more accessible.
We were given a free upgrade to an apartment which was amazing and the modern,stylish decor was perfect.
We cannot fault anything about this hotel from the staff and the very welcome breakfast to the lovely girl who kept our room immaculate.
