Ideal für einen Besuch des Fussballmuseums

Pros:

Die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Hbf. war für mich als Bahnreisender praktisch, ebenso dass ich am Abreisetag mein Gepäck noch bis abends im Hotel abstellen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, das Zimmer geräumig.

Cons:

Für mich war das Bett unbequem, was aber sicherlich individell unterschiedlich empfunden wird. Im Bad tropfte die Dusche die ganze Zeit und im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab, weil offenbar der Abfluss leicht verstopft ist. Das hätte beim Reinigen eigentlich bemerkt werden müssen.
Als Vegetarier empfand ich das Frühstück recht fleisch-/wurstlastig.

I’d avoid this place.
Pros:

It was very clean.

Cons:

One of the members of staff was extremely rude.

The check in machines are badly designed (asking for the same information repeatedly) and did not give out a card.

For some bizarre reason there are stairs up to reception and the lifts, and the disability lift was out of order due to redecorating through my whole stay.

The bathroom is designed such that the shower floods the entire room and you must mop the floor with the towels or will slip over.

Pros:

Uns hat die Lage des Hotels sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Altstadt, wo man schön spazieren gehen, kleine Geschäfte besuchen und viele interessante Dinge entdecken kann. Das ist sehr praktisch, wenn man die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden möchte.
Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Auch das schöne und angenehme Design unseres Zimmers hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und komfortabel.

Cons:

Leider gibt es auch einige Punkte, die unserer Meinung nach verbessert werden könnten. Das Badezimmer ist leider nicht ausreichend schallisoliert, sodass man die Geräusche aus dem Badezimmer bzw. der Toilette im Zimmer sehr deutlich hören kann. Das ist etwas unangenehm, besonders wenn zwei Personen sich ein Zimmer teilen.

Außerdem gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Sauberkeit: Von den zwei Tassen, die für Kaffee und Tee vorgesehen waren, war eine sehr schmutzig. Wir hoffen, dass darauf in Zukunft etwas mehr geachtet wird.

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden und bedanken uns für die angenehme Zeit im Hotel. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Hinweise dazu beitragen, den Aufenthalt für zukünftige Gäste noch angenehmer zu gestalten.
