Pros:

Lage ist super, wenn man mit dem Zug anreisen möchte.Wir haben am Bahnhof geparkt und das für 5€ am Tag.Ein Schnäppchen.Sehr zentral zur Innenstadt gelegen.

Große technische Probleme
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und auch sehr hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, nach Reklamation wurde von der Haustechnik versucht zu reparieren - ohne Erfolg, Uns wurde ein anderes größeres Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, dort das gleiche Problem mit der Klimaanlage, nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde das Fenster geöffnet, da kein anders Zimmer verfügbar war (Hotel war ausgebucht.
Der Minuspunkt bei der Ausstattung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die Klimaanlagen in den beiden Zimmern.

Gut mit Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Das Personal beim Check in war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Bad ist schlecht konzipiert. Am Waschbecken spritzt man zwangsläufig den Beckenrand voll. Beim Duschen das gleiche bis vor die Toilette. Sehr eng. Das Bett war semi gut. Frühstück war o.k. aber wahrscheinlich herrschte Personalmangel. Es hat gedauert bis abgeräumt und aufgefüllt wurde.

Good location, breakfast overpriced
Pros:

Modern rooms, right in the city centre.

Cons:

Bathroom has a huge window towards the room. Luckily I was also alone, but why is this a thing? Uncomfortable chair and pillows. Breakfast was overpriced for what it is. There was a problem with my breakfast booking and the receptionist got very rude about it.

Pros:

Still really grateful for the curly hair guy at the desk. Sure the whole crew is amazing, but he was spectacular humanly and professionaly talking.
I know I'll be back :)

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, der Wasserkocher und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem, der Fußboden ist mal kein Teppich.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Kosmetiktücher im Bad, die Dusche ist an einer Seite komplett offen und daher muss man beim Duschen aufpassen, dass man den Boden nicht unter Wasser setzt.
