Best place to stay in Augsburg .
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying here and truly enjoyed my time. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city centre, which made everything easily accessible and very convenient. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and bakeries just steps away, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the prime location and the convenience of having so many amenities nearby. Overall, it was a great value for money.

I would definitely return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen - mit akkustischen Herausforderungen
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, gut vorbereitetes, sauberes + gemütliches Mini-Apartment mit Kochmöglichkeit und bequemen Bett in ganz zentraler Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone (was natürlich bedeutet, dass es in der frühen Früh ggf. Lieferungen und Müllabfuhr etc. gibt.)
Gute Vorbereitung des Check-Ins + Check-outs und vor Ort einfaches Handling mit Tür-Code.

Cons:

Die Früh-Aktivitäten in der Fußgängerzone wurden durch die momentane Baustelle unten im Haus verstärkt (ab + an klopfen, bohren....). Darüber wurde zwar freundlich zumindest informiert, jedoch erst am Tag der Anreise. Diese Info wäre rechtzeitiger wünschenswert gewesen, um ggf. noch eine Alternative zu suchen.
Das App. ist insgesamt etwas hellhörig.

mooie plek verspest door gebrek aan aandacht voor de klant

binnenkomen in het gebouw ging goed.
de instructie om de kamer binnen was verwarrend en heeft ons ook 3/4 uur gekosts
de chat zou ons naar een levend persoon brengen dat ging niet
toen kregen we een telefoonnummer waar niemand opnam
daarna wattsapp waar ok de behandeling niet goed was
het wachtwoord was ook slecht weergegeven
antwoorden waren traag

dat was de binnenkomst.
kamer is karig gemeubileerd, en de houder met zeep ligt op de grond in de douche.

verder tamelijk goed, maar toen was de sfeer a verpest.klantenservice en informatie via internet (die verwaaredns was) waren de oorzaak van de klachten
