Grata estadía.
Pros:

La atención de las personas en el front, muy amables y siempre disponibles. No tuvimos problemas con la seguridad y limpieza del hotel. Por otro lado el hotel está muy cerca de la quinta avenida y la playa, 10 minutos caminando.

Cons:

No tienen servicio de restaurante, había una afiliación de un restaurante a 1 cuadra del hotel.

Hotel para estar lejos del bullicio.
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y amable, ayudan todo el tiempo.

Cons:

La ubicación es un poco alejada de lo principal. Si vas en carro genial si vas a moverte a pie no es muy conveniente. Se te aumento mucho el gasto en taxis. Lastimosamente me tocó del lado del pasillo en un segundo piso, escuchaba todo.

Pros:

Goede ligging, niet al te ver van het centrum, maar wel uit de drukte.
Fijn dat ze onbeperkt, water, koffie en thee hadden.
De kamer was prima, goed bed.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Geen ontbijt, maar ernaast is een klein bakkerijtje waar je eventueel je ontbijt kan halen.

Absolutes Fake- Boutique Hotel!
Wir hatten eine Suite mit Balkon gebucht. Mit Suite hat das Zimmer nichts zu tun. Das Zimmer ist genau gleich winzig klein wie die normalen und Balkone sind NICHT vorhanden! Als Balkon wird ein 30cm Vorsprung definiert, der nicht breit genug ist um zu sitzen, es gibt auch keine Stühle!
Uns war bewusst, dass wir in der Stadt sind und das es da zu Verkehrslärm kommt aber in diesem Hotel spielt es keine Rolle ob die Fenster offen oder geschlossen sind, der Lärm ist ohrenbetäubend selbst im 2. OG. Schlafen war absolut unmöglich!
Bei der Ankunft hat nichts funktioniert im Zimmer:
- Toilettenspülung war defekt
- Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht
- Safe funktionierte nicht

Viele der guten Bewertungen sind wohl selbst geschrieben oder gekauft, denn die stimmen überhaupt nicht mit dem vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten überein!
Sobald man sich beschwert, wurden die Angestellten unfreundlich und liessen jegliche Kooperation vermissen.

Foi um ótimo custo-benefício.
Pros:

O terraço, a decoração e o atendimento.

Cons:

Foi preciso trocar o cofre do meu quarto, porque não estava funcionando e isso tomou certo tempo, mas os funcionários fizeram de tudo para agilizar. A minha cama não era muito confortável, o colchão tinha partes afundadas, mas a cama da minha filha estava boa.

Everything you need!
Pros:

Amazing rooftop terrace with a pool and a view of the ocean. Good location to walk to the public beach as well as to the centre. Very friendly and kind staff. Would stay every time again.

Pros:

La atención al cliente estuvo al 100. Todas las peticiones se atendieron el mismo día. Siempre hay alguien en la recepción, también hay chat del hotel entonces cualquier duda, pregunta se resuelve rápido.

Cons:

La limpieza podría ser mejor tanto de habitaciones como de la piscina

Die Lage und das Personal waren ausgezeichnet, allerdings hat der Lärm in der Nacht den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt.
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel waren es nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum öffentlichen Strand Playa72 und der Strand war wunderschön.

Cons:

Nachts war es draußen sehr laut und man konnte im Zimmer leider alles hören.

Desde el primer momento recibimos una atención muy cordial y también estuvieron pendientes a ayudarnos con sugerencias de toures, restaurantes y transportes. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y tienen detalles súper lindos.

Podrían tener un servicio de mini bar de manera opcional en las habitaciones.
