Disappointing, misleading stay.
Pros:

The staff.

Cons:

The marketing and promotional materials are misleading and the property isn’t anything as advertised.
We believed we were booking a tasteful, cozy hotel but, in reality, the place is weird, It is located in a commercial building, never meant to be a hotel. It looks strange, not appealing at all, the location is not good (in front of a very busy street), our room had no windows, and there was a constant glow coming from the outside. The breakfast was dismal, borderline unacceptable.

Beautiful design, welcoming staff, probably the best in the area
Pros:

Beautiful design,
Greeted by a wonderful team,
Given refreshments and cold flannels upon arrival,
Check in smooth.
Rooms were large spacious, clean bedding. Bathroom beautiful with conditioner, shampoo and shower gel available with toiletries if needed.
AC great and quiet.
Pillows wonderful. (Bed quite hard for my personal preference).
Gym very good had all the amenities even a bar(that's a new one may recommend to my local gym..)
Fresh water supplied at the lobby free of charge.

Cons:

Being charged 200RM on our card on arrival..Incase of damages 14 days return.. why they can't just hold this money on your card and return upon check out..
(Being petty) Other guests bags were wheeled to their rooms, we had to drag ours to the room.
Lifts were the resident hunting ground for mosquitos..(maybe spray the lifts every now and again).
Such a modern designed room, yet fails with technology, (TV with no option for Netflix/prime or connection access).
Plug sockets not great...(English plugs)

Goed hotel voor onze doorreis
Pros:

Dit mooie hotel ligt op een zeer gunstige locatie vlakbij de luchthaven van Kota Kinabalu. Hoewel het gebouw wordt gedeeld met andere partijen en de buitenkant daardoor misschien wat minder indruk maakt, is de inrichting van binnen prachtig en trendy.
Wij verbleven hier één nacht tijdens onze doorreis en dat is uitstekend bevallen. Onze kamer was ruim, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast is er een goede gym aanwezig voor de liefhebbers.
Het ontbijtbuffet was qua variatie wat aan de karige kant, maar gelukkig is er op de begane grond een gezellige koffiecorner. Hier kun je als alternatief een heerlijk ontbijt kopen met kwalitatief goede cappuccino. Tot slot was de manager ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader voor een comfortabele tussenstop!

Cons:

Ontbijt variatie was wat aan de karige kant.
Mensen die langer verblijven zouden misschien wel een (buiten)zwembad erbij willen

위생과 친절은 최고, 테라스 없는게 아쉬워요
Pros:

한국인 위생에 딱맞춤! 공항 가까움 10분거리.
길건너면 이마고 쇼핑몰 6분만에 걸어갈수 있어요!

Cons:

테라스 없어요. 방이 그래서 답답해요. 복도, 엘리베이터 사용법이 좀 복잡해서 처음엔 당황. 흡연은 내려가서 밖에서 가능. 헬스장 3층.
조식에 큰 기대는 말것.

Unexpected gem
Pros:

We checked in quite late after 9pm, the service was amazing and incredibly helpful assisting us with our room. Location fantastic, across road (walkway bridge) is two malls, food places. Cannot fault. Stunning decor, the lobby had a real "contemporary " vibe, and the beatuful smell.. like a day spa! Central location only 15 from airport too

Cons:

Only one roll of TP! But housekeeping was quick to bring more!

Memorable and definitely will come again!
Pros:

Super clean, strategic location and friendly staff. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and husband’s birthday and to our surprise, the staff decorate our room 😍 and we love it! ❤️
