Pros:

I like from the moment I step in, the staff was so welcoming, they even managed to let me check-in early!!. Hotel was clean and as per photos that they advertised. Just that I wish I get to spend more time in the room...LOL..I was there to visit friends and out most of the time. Regardless, I will definitely come again. Also, I love the location of this hotel, not that far from Airport and my friends house. There are few 24 hours shops, restaurants and cafes around the hotel. My personal fav is Matcha Studio cafe and La Veranda Cucina Italiana!!

Nothing honestly...if anything its me...i wanted to stay longer...LOL

친구에게 자신있게 추천할 수 있는 호텔
Pros:

일단 숙박만 했는데, 이마고몰쪽으로 위치 잡아보고 싶어서 예약한 루마호텔 기대 이상으로 너어무 좋았음. 중국인이 많이 가는 호텔인 거 같긴 한데, 리셉션 직원들이 너무 친절했고 무료 업그레이드를 해 줘서 너무너무 고마웠음. 숙소는 아주 넓고 편안했고 위치 또한 좋았았음. 바로 밑에 편의점도 있어서 매우 만족했다!

Great location and clean room
Pros:

As soon as I stepped in the hotel I was amazed by their decoration and beauty of the design. The reception smells nice.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My son was in love with the room. 🤣

Near to Chagee, Chunk & Dunk, small convenient shops and some restaurants. Imago mall was near just need to cross the bridge to get there.

Cons:

There were no spoons provided to make hot drinks. Breakfast didn’t have much of a variety but it’s decent for a simple breakfast eg eggs, bread, rice, noodle

A wonderful place to stay while in KK with nearby ammenneties and shopping.
Pros:

Clean, aesthetic and strategically located to be walking distance to eateries, cafes and Imago Shopping Mall. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

A slight lack of storage space for luggage and limited breakfast spread.
