Would choose to stay there every time I visit KK
Pros:

Very welcoming staff and beautifully designed rooms, with lots of space and great ammenities. LumaJOJO restaurant was amazing, with the highlights being the mushroom truffle pizza, Australian wagyu ribeye and if you have a sweet tooth, the burnt basque cheesecake!

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en schoon. Erg luxe badkamer.

Cons:

Prijs was best hoog, de auto parkeren kan maar wel reserveren. Anders zit er een garage beneden. Ontbijt erg lekker. Het is wat aan de prijs. Niet heel persoonlijk zoals we jn Maleisië gewend zijn. Helaas ook geen ramen wat het een beetje somber maakt.

everything is perfect for me. love my room love your lobby. all looks very warm welcoming. the staff is very helpful and friendly.

with a cool place like Luma , perhaps you could change the hair dryer to a more uptodate and latest technology.

Overall a very good place to stay but room for some improvement
Pros:

This is the worst aspect of the hotel with limited choice and styles of food.

Cons:

The breakfast and the long stairway up to our room. Quite dangerous in the middle of the night with cases.

Decent city hotel. Well-located for airport.
Pros:

Well located. Clean, spacious room. Close to airport.

Cons:

Access to the rooms thru adjacent lifts / staircase was a bit grim. Like using a fire escape entrance.
Not much by way of facilities beyond the room.

Superbe hôtel pour rayonner dans la région ! Fantastique et reposante escale durant notre séjour en Malaisie
Pros:

Établissement de grand confort , à proximité de l’aéroport et des sites d’intérêts de la ville. Staff très accueillant, et heureux de partager leurs conseils pour visiter la ville et ses alentours. Les chambres sont grandes, très bien agencées et équipées. Literie particulièrement confortable.

Good if you like a really hard bed
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable with friendly staff - in particular the door man who was great to chat to as we waited for cars.
We went over the road for a laundry service, which was very helpful extra while travelling from one location to another.
We enjoyed a walk around the mall opposite. Prices were nearly the same as the UK, so it was more window shopping while killing time.

Cons:

The beds were the least comfortable (hard) in our 3 weeks of travel across Malaysia and the breakfast was poor by comparison and we'd had to pay for it separately. Overall the claims of the level of luxury at this location felt a bit over stated. We weren't there for Instagram hits of a shiny lobby area though.
After paying around 100 MYR for a few drinks and croissants in the in-house cafe, we went over the road to the other coffee shops for our next round.

Real boutique hotel vibes and great restaurant
Pros:

This hotel surprised and delighted us. Lovely modern atmosphere in the public spaces and the restaurant was world class. Rooms were large and clean and well appointed and the staff all lovely

Cons:

Beautiful coffee bar don’t open early enough for us !!!
