Pros:

La gentillesse de la personne de l'accueil que j'avais contactée la veille et qui m'avait proposé une petite chambre pour me dépanner au dernier moment!
Donc malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu profiter d'une chambre plus grande à la décoration plus raffinée

Beautiful views of the lake. Staff were very helpful and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The room was tiny. The location was a bit off the beaten track and the entrance to the hotel is down a big slope.

Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Did not hesitate with any of our requests i.e. sorting transport, dinner recommendations and any other requests. Made our stay that much more enjoyable.
For us, taking the tuk tuk around Udaipur and to the accommodation was a lot of fun and added to our experience.

Je suis déçue. L'hotel ne mérite pas la note de 9 "fabuleux".
Certes les chambres sont propres et on a vue sur le lac mais sinon c'est très moyen...
La literie est mauvaise, le restaurant et roof top ne sont pas soignés. Rien de charmant.
C'est correct mais loin d'etre fabuleux.

The stay was fantastic. The customer service is great and also they are ready to accommodate as per the need. The representatives are really helpful and ready to go an extra mile for their customers. This is the place I would like to come back. Especially, Nitesh & tofiq were more helpful and they were there for every need and requirements we needed. The lunch at the roof top restaurant was delicious and tasteful, they were ready to make customized food due to allergies and religious factor.
To conclude, it is one of the best place to stay in Udaipur city & I loved the way we were treated.

Worst experience ever, over hyped place not sure how they got this much rating. Worst customer support experience.
Pros:

Nothing, as I couldn't stay at the property as owners cancelled my booking although it is still showing as conformed on booking platform.

Cons:

Staff is unreliable and not trust worthy at all.
My booking amount for the room was 14,000 and they messaged me and asked to pay 46,000 and also share my credit card details.

Close to everything and super service !
Pros:

Amazing location - fantastic views - so close to the shops and Palace. Dance and puppet show around the corner was amazing! Mostly, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 for service.

Cons:

They required 100% payment at point of booking, with forms to fill out, scan in and email back. I have to say it felt dodgy and at points I thought about changing the booking. Glad I didn’t cos the place and staff are amazing - but I’d say simplicity to the booking process would help.
