Единственный плюс — это красивая территория.

В Кишиневе мы останавливаемся не в первый раз, это уже наш пятый отель в городе, поэтому нам точно есть с чем сравнить. Для празднования особых событий этот отель категорически не рекомендую, хотя мы выбрали его именно для особого случая. За такие деньги отель абсолютно не стоит внимания. Ужасный сервис и полное безразличие к гостям.

Бронировали номер на 3 дня с ранним заездом (более чем за месяц до заезда). В переписке отель четко согласовал стоимость раннего заезда в размере 50% от стоимости суток. Однако на стойке регистрации с нас начали требовать 100 евро, пытаясь изменить цену на ходу и создав серьезный стресс при заселении! Хотя в итоге через систему списали сумму, близкую к первоначальной договоренности, сам факт вымогательства денег возмутил.

Администрация обещала предоставить "лучший номер для Вашего праздника", а вместо этого нас заселили в комнату с видом на крышу. Как только мы увидели номер, мы вернулись на стойку регистрации и попросили его поменять, однако нам категорически отказали, сказав, что свободных номеров нет.

О самом дне рождения моей девушки (26 октября) персонал просто забыл. Поздравили только на следующий день (27 октября) в 15:30 — да и то, только после её личного напоминания как именинницы, что вчера у неё был день рождения. Сразу после этого запоздалого поздравления нам вдруг предложили переселиться. Это полный абсурд, ведь её поезд домой отправлялся в тот же день в 19:52, а я уезжал на следующее утро. Предлагать собирать чемоданы и переезжать перед самой поездкой ради нескольких часов — это издевательство, а не сервис.
На этом «обслуживание» не закончилось: уже в 16:00, во время нашего празднования, в номер постучались горничные, чтобы убрать номер. На просьбу моей девушки зайти через час ей грубо ответили: «Наш рабочий день до 17:00, дайте нам сделать то, что можем». Полное отсутствие такта и уважения к личному пространству гостей! Отель полностью испортил праздничное настроение невнимательностью и хамством персонала.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with a good location
Pros:

A wonderful hotel next to a peaceful park still near of the center. The SPA was 11/10, absolutely wonderful and the staff was polite and helpful. We really enjoyed of the food in the hotels restaurant. It was delicious and the service was very good. We will definitely choose this hotel, when we travel to Chisinau again!
