Pros:

Ich habe im BrewDog Hotel Edinburgh übernachtet und insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Das Hotel ist modern, kreativ gestaltet und besonders für Bierliebhaber ein spannender Ort.

Leider gab es beim Essen und Trinken einige Einschränkungen. Nicht immer war alles verfügbar, was auf der Karte stand, was etwas schade war – gerade wenn man sich auf bestimmte Getränke oder Speisen freut.

Außerdem ist mir im Treppenhaus ein sehr spezieller Geruch aufgefallen, der etwas unangenehm war und den sonst guten Eindruck des Hotels leicht getrübt hat.

Ansonsten ist das Konzept des Hotels wirklich cool und das Personal war freundlich. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen bei der Verfügbarkeit von Essen und Getränken sowie beim Geruch im Treppenhaus könnte der Aufenthalt noch deutlich besser sein.

Quasi perfetto, ma siamo sulla strada giusta!
Pros:

Atmosfera, cibo, camera, piccoli dettagli che hanno fatto la differenza come le caramelle h24 nella sala comune :)

Cons:

Devono migliorare il servizio di pulizia in camera con il nuovo team. Spero recuperino in fretta perché così sarebbe perfetto!

What a great stay!
Pros:

What a great stay! The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Loved the free sweets. The apartment itself was incredible, I'd live there if I could! We didn't use the mini bar etc but the prices were reasonable. So many quirky features and nice touches. Great that breakfast was included so we didn't have to worry about finding somewhere to eat after checking out. It was also extremely clean, to the extent that I felt like we were surely the first to stay there! We loved the touch of getting a free drink on arrival to take to our room too.

Cons:

These are really very small things, but 1) the coffee machine in the communal area was broken and 2) there was an issue with the milk delivery so we didn't already have milk in the room. However they gave us a small bottle of milk, and provided coffee at the bar for free with breakfast too. 3) we chose to have dinner in the bar for easiness, but I wasn't personally a huge fan of the food menu - a bit more variety and perhaps some lighter bites would be nice. The food we had was tasty, however. 4) Although the rooms were advertised as soundproof, we could hear the door slamming shut whenever the occupants next door went in and out, and we also got woken in the middle of the night by bottle bins being emptied outside. Again, this didn't cause any issues for us personally, just an observation!

Pros:

We liked everything about the property .
The only downside was Booking . Com who informed us on the evening we arrived that our accommodation was cancelled. BrewDog were excellent in sorting this out . Booking . Com not so good 😟
