Good Overall
Pros:

It’s my second stay at New Normal.
The location is great — close to the shrine and the beach. It’s conveniently located, only about 900 yen to the airport and around 700 yen to Kokusai Dori. Few 24/7 supermarket and convenience stores in walking distance. There are several parking lots nearby and a few spaces in front of the building, and the prices are fair.
Self check-in is smooth, and the staff speaks fluent English and is really supportive.

Cons:

1. The hotel’s pillow is way too soft! Would be happy to pay extra for a firmer one if it’s an option.
2. Air con works just fine, but would be greater if a small sized fan was given.
3. Water temp is actually adjustable, but lacks of clear guide for it. A sticker or memo on the panel would be helpful.

十天的行程非常的完美飯店的設施也讓我們很放心，再次旅遊還是會選擇這一間。

Clean room with useful amenities like a washing machine (with laundry detergent), toiletries, etc. There was also a balcony with a decent view.

Cons:

Location is a little far from a monorail stop, and the bed was a little too firm for my taste

Disappointing - clean but no staff, poorly located and uncomfortable seating in the room.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and clean but not well equipped and uncomfortable seating area. Good shower

Cons:

No storage in the room so you have to have your suitcase on the floor and live out of it. Location very disappointing - it was a minimum 20 minute walk anywhere (except 7/11). No staff - it was online check in and no-one available to report a problem. There was no furniture on the balcony so you couldn't sit out. The room had a low couch and even lower table so it was extremely uncomfortable to sit at and eat/research what we wanted
