Really nice and clean room. My only suggestion is English instructions for washer :)
Great staff! So friendly and helpful, everyone we spoke with! The location was good too, close to the station and on good bus links. Rooms were cosy, great shower though!
We stayed here for 6 days for our trip in Kyoto. Great staff, peaceful and nice rooms. Also walking distance to Kyoto station.
This property was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The location is near Kyoto station, less than half a mile away, approximately a 10 min walk. There is a bus station right outside of the hotel that can get you around to many of the places that you will want to visit but you do need to transfer for some. We prefer to just walk to Kyoto station and get to the correct train/subway, etc. At the hotel, there are many things that only have Japanese instructions. In order for you to use them go on the television and get the instruction in English. If you still not too sure, you can ask the friendly staff. Overall, good experience and I will rebook this place or their sister hotels when I'm back and to Japan.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has all utility that we need. We felt safe staying there. It will be perfect if 1) They offer 1 extra mirror outside the bathroom. 2) Make the bed frame from making noise every time we turn our body.

Large room and fully stocked kitchen. Was really surprised with everything that was included. The washer/dryer was great.
Liked the location and access to transportation. Also, liked the features such as refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, and a good shower with water pressure.

Staff super friendly and facility clean and close to things. Room was a bit small and they don’t have breakfast but right around corner to a mart.

Este hotel es ideal para hospedarse por varios días, tiene lo necesario para poder cocinar lo basico y ahorrar tiempo por las mañanas cuando es neecsario salir muy temprano. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos caminando hasta la estacion de Kyoto, y muchos restaurantes cerca,
El personal es muy amable y servicial, todo muy recomendable.
Si tuviera que señalar algun problema, tal vez sería que los cuartos no tienen ventilación natural, pero el aire acondicionado y el purificador cubren muy bien esta función.

Great, affordable easy stay in Kyoto! Basic amenities are provided at reception and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room size was good for 5 people and it was a perfect getaway if you are looking for a short stay in Kyoto.
I absolutely loved this place. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful. English was spoken, and it was a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. Also next to a few shrines, and a museum. If you arrive here tired and don't want to go far, you can still find somethings to do around. I absolutely loved my time here, we had a washing mashine in our room and were provided with laundry detergent, essentials like a toothbrush, a comb, razor, shaving cream. I'm honestly absolutely pressed at the service and how affordable it was. The beds were a little on the hard side I will say but other than that, fabulous hotel.
