I had massage from Hotel,don’t choose Hayat next time.

Everything was brilliant,but by mistake one of the towel must have been damaged or mot have been looked after as i Should ,and they made very big deal about it,from Bharuch they called my wife number who was in Mumbai,they called my cousin who was in Hospital,they called me so many times and I found that very strange and disturbing!I paid Rs .10000 rupees per night,and they just couldn’t let go this towel issues,I found it kind of being over greedy and very bad management and over obsessed with such a little matter.

Cons:

Hotel made very big issue about bath towel and stressed almost all my family.

Cons:

The breakfast was stale iv seen stuff i shouldnt av seen

The staff in kitchen thats all im going to say errrgghh

The floors had cockroaches iniside and the pool was full of dirt

The room cleaning was using the sane towels and pillow cases

This is not a 4/5 star its servive the tv wasnt working properly and the bathrooms smelt

They have also made charges from my credit card which i havnt aurthrised

Be aware guys the buikding is good and modern but the service has made this hotel into a 2-3 star

I wont be using them.again unfortuantly

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut in einem schönen Raum. Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gross und gut zu klimatisieren. Der Pool ist zwar etwas klein, aber sonst gut zu nutzen. Der Fitnessraum ist gross genug und gut ausgestattet.

Bad experience as they used my Debit card without my knowledge

On the day of my hotel check out on 22nd May, the front desk member told his billing is not working but he said I do not need to pay for the hotel except food bills which is around INR7K. I paid it and left the hotel, but after two weeks Hyatt has used my Debit card for AED428 with out any information to me. This is really terrible experience. If their billing system was not working on the day I checked out, due to which if any pending payment, they could have contacted me and get settled instead of using my debit card without my knowledge. This is really not good practice. I want Hyatt management to address this concern and get back to me

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet is excellent.

Cons:

The green flashing lights associated with the ceiling mounted smoke detector are far too bright, could make it difficult to get to sleep.
