The customer service here was superb! Tawan and Ton/Tan were both so kind and helpful when it came to our luggage and booking transportation and excursions. Everyone else was kind and informative.
Great Location for New Year Countdown
This hotel was a great choice for New Year in Bangkok. The location was perfect—close to BTS, shopping malls, and countdown events. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job even with the hotel being full. Som o were helpful and welcoming. It was a bit busy during New Year’s Eve, but that’s expected. Overall, very good value for money to spend.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel was spotless, well maintained and beautifully presented throughout. Staff were warm, attentive and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The room was comfortable with modern amenities and provided a great night’s sleep. Overall, a wonderful experience and excellent value. Highly recommended.
Stayed at this hotel over New Year in Sukhumvit. The location is excellent, close to public transport and nightlife.
The room was decent and clean, though a bit dated. Due to the holiday season, the hotel was quite crowded and breakfast area felt busy.

Stay here during Christmas and had a great experience💕 the hotel was clean with nice smell always at lobby. They have special Manu at Breakfast like festival. Staff are wearing costume and Som o made my stay with her smile every day morning.

Incredible service an a lovely stay. Tawan who works as a concierge was one of the kindest and friendliest people we met on our entire trip and went above and beyond to welcome us. While Khalid went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. I would recommend to anyone to stay here it’s brilliant and a great value for money.
Great location! It's an easy walk to the BTS and surrounded by nightlife and dining. The room was a bit small and needed more daylight, but the service was excellent. Tawan at the concierge desk was especially friendly and professional.

I had a great experience staying at Aira Hotel Bangkok. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, making it easy to move around Bangkok while still feeling comfortable and relaxed.

A nice hotel at this price point and located close to everything you need, walkable to shopping, restaurants, the public transport and nightlife.
My stay was good but elevated to great by the excellent service from the staff with a special mention to Som O who always had a smile and was ready to help with any questions I had. Som made the stay all that better by her warm attentiveness and friendly assistance, a true asset to the hotel.
This was a great hotel. Tawan was amazing helping us navigate everything in the hotel. The concierge were nice enough to call us an uber to the airport which saved us alot of hassle.
