Bonita vista y diseño, aunque hay aspectos que no concuerdan con lo ofrecido
Pros:

La piscina es amplia, tiene excelente vista y se ve limpia, la decoración del lugar es muy hermosa. La vista panorámica es bonita. Quedejamos olvidado un bolso y nos escribieron al poco tiempo, por lo que pudimos devolvernos a recogerlo, aunque no venían unas gotas de cabello, lo demás si estaba intacto.

Cons:

La atención en el restaurante no es buena, sobretodo la chica que atiende, además el desayuno se sirve a partir de las 8 y tuvimos que esperar como media hora porque nos dijeron que no estaban listos aún, eso hizo que nuestros planes variarán, el sabor y calidad de la comida en general del restaurante no nos gustó, menos considerando los precios que tienen los platillos;
La publicidad no concuerda con lo ofrecido en algunas cosas, por ejemplo ponen fotos de zonas verdes y senderos que son de la Hacienda que es un servicio por aparte, es decir, el hotel no tiene senderos por la montaña como se indica que ciertas descripciones y fotos, no se tiene acceso ni siquiera a los espacios verdes que se ven en las fotos donde se promociona el hotel, eso deberían indicarlo con claridad y no ponerlo como parte de las fotos oficiales sobre lo que ofrece el hotel. La habitación era deluxe y se describe como una pequeña casa antigua pero era una habitación común junto a otras arriba del restaurante donde además se escuchaba mucho el ruido, porque abajo es un lugar de paso. El día que estuvimos había una boda y parecía que todos los servicios estaban enfocados en eso, por ejemplo, fuimos al bar y resulta que ya iba a cerrar 5:30pm por la boda.

La ubicación, por la calma y por el clima. En el día es caliente para estar en la piscina y por la noche frío para estar en la fogata, muy bonito.

La comida del restaurante, muy grasoso con los olores partidos muy grande, los cubiertos viejos de los que guardan suciedad.

Belle surprise pour finir notre séjour au Costa Rica en beauté
Pros:

Le meilleur site de notre séjour au Costa Rica. Un havre de paix qui nous a permis de contempler les toucans que nous n’avions pas encore vus. Un personnel aux petits soins qui a satisfait toutes nos demandes. Une villa décorée avec goût, beaucoup d’objets chinés ce qui rend l’ensemble harmonieux niché au cœur de la végétation. Massages, piscine, restaurant, petit déjeuner complètent ce magnifique tableau. Nous recommandons vivement.

Good location for one night away from the city
Pros:

The location just out of the city and with lovely views from the pool it was perfect for our last day and night before a flight.
The rooms are large, although the style with bathroom is very open so you need to know your roommate well or you will do!
Lush greenery and the park is nearby for walks (added cost though)

Cons:

The restaurant menu is limited, even for only being there for 2 meals. The staff at the restaurant is much more welcoming than at reception though.
The vibe of strict rules/wanting to charge you for every little thing ($10 if you want to just wear their robe! Late checkout no we can’t just pay for one room to leave all our luggage and change, we could only wait in the library and reception…) we luckily found funny but it didn’t feel very welcoming.
