Early in the morning, around 7 am, on a Saturday, we got wake up with the sound of a leaves blower. Not nice for sure.

Would not recommend the hotel at all.

The view.

Cons:

From our room we could hear the restaurant’s bathroom right beneath us and people with diarrhea. We could hear everything that was said downstairs in the corridor and the restaurant and it disrupted our sleep. Even so, we couldn’t sleep much because the mattress was too soft and it hurt our backs.
Dinner was terrible, cooked with reused oil which gave us indigestion.
During breakfast we got a fruit plate with rotten fruit which they then exchanged for a new plate and the eggs were cooked in the same old oil, again giving us indigestion.
After voicing our experience just to let them know what it was like they the offered to reimburse us. We did not ask for a reimbursement but would have appreciated it. Even so, they then proceeded not to reimburse us and are now ignoring my texts.

Pros:

La ubicación el cuidado que brindan a la naturaleza. Ubicaciones y estructuras que se ven cuidadas. Personal muy atento. Los restaurantes visitados deliciosas comidas y bebidas.

Cons:

Todo fue bastante aceptable y lo agradezco.

Unterkunft in einer hazienda...
Pros:

Sehr authentische unterkunft. Sieht wie eine spanische hazienda aus. Unser zimmer war quasi so gross wie ein appartment, war top.
Das essen im restaurant in der hazienda hat deutlich unsere erwartungen übertroffen. Preis/leistung.

Cons:

Die kaffee tour war nen bischen "naja".... es gab nicht wahnsinnig viel zu sehen (wir waren mit maerz) allerdings auch zu einer zeit da die zwischen den ernten lag.

Muy tranquilo, la piscina y su vista simplemente espectacular. Las empleadas muy amables en todo momento.

Cons:

El tipo de persianas dejaban rendijas en la ventana entonces no se sentía seguro, fue horrible bañarme y pensar que Talvez alguien podía estar viéndome por esas rendijas deberían cambiar el tipo de cortinas

Authentische, liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft

Sehr authentisches, liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen Landes typisch und lecker. Die Lage war aufgrund der Nähe zur Hacienda y Beneficio La Chimba (Park mit verschiedenen Trails, gutem Restaurant, Kaffee-Tour und Zipline), sowie der tollen Bar El Gato sehr gut.

Cons:

Bilder auf der Webseite zeigen eine schickere Unterkunft. Der Geruch des Reinigungsmittels in dem Zimmer war sehr unangenehm.

La terraza de la habitación Caraño.
