Ubicación perfecta con vista espectacular
Pros:

Sobrevalorado, definitivamente no vale lo que cuesta. La habitación con mucha humedad. El desayuno no me gustó. El personal de servicio muy atento y las habitaciones muy limpias con vista espectacular!

Fabulous luxury beautiful hotel in old town; fantastic spa, great service. Go if you can!!
Pros:

WOW is all I can say about this hotel - everything was wonderful...staff, room, food, most wonderful fabulous spa, pool, location. After visiting the Sofitel Legend in Egypt (if you get to go there, it's FABULOUS) we didn't know what to expect, and this location is quite different but is as fabulous! I've been to spa's all over the world and although it wasn't the fanciest, the services and the staff were so lovely, attentive and quite skilled. Our first time and second hotel in Panama; we definitely saved the BEST for last. Loved it so much, promptly came home and made reservation for next year. YEAH!!!

Cons:

The only complaints I would have is the air conditioning. It is so COLD and their is a theme of eco friendly, so it seems wasteful to have the air up so high. Everyone I spoke to agreed. And this was also true of the spa air conditioning; I had to move twice in the beginning of a treatment because the air vent was blowing down on my naked body. And the food and service at the rooftop restaurant wasn't that great, but we only went once! Still give it a 10!

Fancy in Panama
Pros:

Very nice views from certain rooms, and it was a beautiful room I ended up with.

Cons:

The food was not particularly good neither at the roof top nor at their Michelin star restaurant, or at the in-room service.

I had to ask for a room at a higher floor. The first room they assigned me was in a lower level, smelled of mold (it was at the closest level to water) and did not have the best view. That left me with a bad taste, to have to argue for a better accommodation.

It’s a very busy hotel, fancy by all accounts, so if you want a smaller hotel, more intimate then this is not a good choice.

La perfection se cache dans les détails

Hôtel très bien situé mais dont il manque le dernier petit touch pour être vraiment top. Personnel aux petits soins
