Third floor is difficult when you have heavy luggage since there is no lift in the building, LOUD AF and not ventilation within apt. Windows open slightly, four fans provided.

Great central location near the Tower of London, with shops and restaurants close by. The room was spacious and well equipped, which was a pleasant surprise for a budget stay. However, it got quite hot even in mild weather—fans didn’t cool the room effectively, and the windows only open slightly, so ventilation was limited.

Room A1 had a constant low bass-like noise, which I initially thought was from clubs, but it continued even on weekday mornings. Possibly road noise, though a clearer explanation from the hotel would be helpful.

Overall, a decent budget option if you’re prioritizing location, but be aware of the potential for heat and noise.

We’ve stayed at Bob W several times now and have found the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff are also very responsive and the location is very convenient.

Overall this was a good property. Much more spacious than typical budget hotel room and loved having a kitchen and laundry machine.

Only two things that were cons, no elevator and no air conditioning. We just happen to be there during high 70s/80s so it was very warm. Luckily there were several fans in the unit and we turned them all on to help cool the place down. The other item is no elevator, which I thought wasn’t going to be that big of a deal cause we got a unit on the second floor but these are high ceiling units so it was 4/5 flights with heavy luggage.

We had some issues with the TV not working well, and we were very excited to use the Free Gym pass but when they gave us the code (to the local gyms online pass) it said we had to pay a registration fee which I didn’t expect. But to be fair we just ended up not asking the Bob W Team ab it and we never went to the gym so if you want to use the gym just check with them first if it is really REALLY free. Some things in the room were also amiss like hooks not fully attached to the wall.

Dispute all of that, we did very much like our stay!! Very awesome location and I wish we used the kitchen because it was nice but there was too much amazing food around. They were also very responsive when we did have questions, and the rooms inside were quiet so even though there were almost certainly other guests we did not hear them.

Bob W at Tower bridge was a great location during the day for sightseeing but after late and way past midnight it was sooo noisy we couldn’t sleep. Horns beeping all night, cars, music etc outside on the Main Street was horrendous, especially with 2 tired kids in tow. Apartment large and clean but a bit dated in decor. Can’t see what their so-called interior designer did, apart from painting the ceiling dark as the kitchen was from the 80’s! A few little touches like some milk wouldn’t have gone a miss and no camera film in the instant camera. I’d say good for a couple but not great for families.

Easy to access but blinds broken, plug socket smashed, filler visible and chipped paint, noisy fridge leading to a sleepless night, seriously needs an updated bathroom and new towels as they’re falling to pieces and no lock on the inside of the door which doesn’t feel safe for a female on their own

Everything was great. The only not so comfortable thing, was to carry the luggage to the second floor by the stairs.

Bob W was excellent and we will be back ! Energy neutral stay made us feel that they care and we lover all the concept. Location was great too. They answered every little question I had. Thank you Bob!!

Close to important sites

Lovely apartment with great customer service. Was disappointed the oven didn’t work so I had to leave some food behind as I couldn’t cook it!

We’ve stayed at Bob W a few times now and have always loved our stay. The staff are very responsive to requests. The location is convenient for traveling all over the city and the room amenities, especially the washing machine, are great for a family.

It’s an excellent location, loads of room, great facilities and for a really good price. We couldn’t fault it and will return.

We did enjoy the stay and did barely miss anything we expected from the Apartment.
The location was perfect for us. You can find anything within minutes. Not just the Tower 🌉 and Sky Garden 🏙. There are a lot of Pup's , foodstores and shops all around.
We would stay again at Bow W. Tower of London Apartment.

The team is great at Bob W. they make it easy and comfortable for everyone!Will stay with them for sure in the future.
