The room hadn't been cleaned properly for months and the water leaked out of the bathroom all over the floor

Not as advertised. Tv did not work, no access to microwave or kettle/ tea coffee facilities, no towels, room floor had crumbs and bits of paper on it-had definitely not been cleaned, bathroom floor and shower were filthy, no shower curtain/ screen. Room smelt damp. Blind on window could not be raised, toilet seat was wonky

Tesise vardığımızda muhatap bulamadık, ayakta bile zor duran (sarhoş) birinden anahtarları aldık. Odada TV yoktu ve pis bir haldeydi. Çok sayıda böcek vardı, en azından bu açıdan çevreci sayılabilir. Aslında geçen yıl aynı tesisin bir başka binasından memnun kalmıştım.

Asıl beni üzen sıkıntılı durumu anlatabilecek HOTELS temsilcisine ulaşamadık be orada konaklamak zorunda kaldık.

Please just Google the name and read reviews before you book!

No sign, no code to enter, no answer on phone. Waited for 3 hours outside. Thanks to hotels.com for making a new booking at another hotel 🙏

Convenient location, even though it was bit hard to find the place at first.
Nice big rooms.

There was no mugs and no tea bags in tea containers.

Someone started to knock on our door at 2 am... bit terrifying.

The room is very dirty, the sheets are unchanged, there is urine everywhere in the bathroom, I don't need to talk about the heat and hot water anymore. When I told the owner about these problems, I was threatened with blocking my doors, and I had to leave

RIP OFF!!! Reserved for 3 nights. Missed my flight. Emailed them I would be there the next day. When I arrived, they said that because I did not show up the first night, my reservation was cancelled with NO REFUND.
Not even a sign on the hotel. Down an alley way. No way to contact owners. Only way I got the info above was that someone who was coming into the 'hotel' knew a contact number, called that number and got this message.

The hotel was really bad. Customer service of hotel was unpolight. As coming to airport no information of checking had come to e-mail.
In room looked wasn't cleaned after last visitor. No TV controller in room.
One of the worst hotel experience of my life.

Una dintre ferestre este stricata,nu se inchide,cineva ar fi putut intra oricand pe acolo.Nu exista hartie igienica la baie.Dimineata era plin de gandaci.

The worse Orbitz experience!!!
And after requesting a refund for such dirty hole, Orbitz tells me they're holding to the policy! What policy, to be forced to sleep into an unsafe, noisy and dirty place?!

Friendly owner and great staff, good location, near the centre.

Terrible place. This is a copy of the message I sent to the contact number I was given. Needless to say, I did not get a reply.... Very annoyed to say the least. I stayed only 1 night.

Unfortunately I cannot stay in this room another night. It falls well below my expectations in every sense. Nothing works.

I have listed my observations below

1) The power sockets on the wall don't work.

2) The TV doesn't work (no service)

3) I could only just fit in the shower and I had to do that sideways in.

4) The bed sheet was obviously not changed from the previous guest.

5) There was no duvet cover.

6) The duvet itself was too thin.

7) The room curtain was broken.

8) No wardrobe or clothes hanging space.

9) The room is much too small to be a comfortable space.

There are only 2 redeeming features, the WiFi and the air contitioning.

I emailed the hotel a few weeks ago asking if there was a mini fridge and tea/coffe making facilities in the room and was assured there was but there weren't.

The room I was given is in a terribly bad state which seriously needs to be addressed but I'll go as far as to say the whole building is tatty and shabby.

I have therefore checked out. I have left the key card on the table in the room.

I do not expect a refund nor can I make a glowing review. All I can say is that I won't be reccomending anyone stay there.

Jag var jätte nöjd med allt.Underbar tid av vistelse i centrum av Bukarest med en rad av kulturella evenemang och sevärdheter till sent på natten. Stora trafik möjligheter till hand och massa butiker och kaféer, glada och snälla människor överallt som pratar bra engelska och franska. Mycket trevlig ägare av lägenheten där jag bodde tio dagar. Tack.
