Nice hotel, great location.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and airy. Although we didnt use them, there were plenty of facilities such a fridge, kitchen and air con. The staff were very accommodating and the location was perfect. We actually loved the fact there was am area in the lobby to book an uber rather than on your phone.

Cons:

The rooms were really hot. Luckily, there was air con but trying to get the room to the right temperature was difficult. The shower water kept dipping from hot to cold making the shower a little unpleasant at times when the wayer kept going cold. We had a twin room but the one bed kept moving around onna slider/wheels so my friends bed did not feel stable.

Great place to stay, good location.
Pros:

Clean room. Good amenities provided. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out

Cons:

Wish the bin is bigger, but I guess you can empty it if it’s full. Long waiting time for lift during check out time. Had to wait 20-30 mins before there’s space for us to take the lift (had baby in stroller so would’ve been tricky to take the stairs down 15 floors!).

Perfect stay in an amazing apartment

So modern and comfy. Perfect location, everything we needed was in the apartment. Lovely staff, nothing was too much.. definitely be back again x

Convenient central location and facilities but a little tight for 3 adults
Pros:

Great central location, fabulous 9th floor lounge, friendly helpful staff, very useful to have kitchen facilities - and milk in the fridge to use with coffee! Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Cons:

Bed was rammed against window so only one bedside table and awkward for the person on that side to get in and out / nowhere to leave glass of water for easy reach.

Sofa-bed constituted of two narrow beds instead of the classic double size which made it a lot more uncomfortable than expected, small single duvet also meant it was sliding off to the floor through the night.

Very limited space to hang clothing (even in the supposedly larger superior 1 bedroom apartment we booked) - not suitable for more than 1 person, certainly not adequate for longer stays than 1-2 nights.
