Mooie kamers, hotel goede ligging.
Pros:

De kamer was netjes en prima.

Cons:

Er werkte maar 1 lift van de twee. Dat was niet fijn. Ook waren onze kamers niet op tijd klaar. Dat viel tegen.

L’emplacement est parfait. En plein cœur de la ville à côté du tram.
L’hôtel est confortable et bien équipé.

Cons:

Le débit de la douche est mauvais et l’eau ne s’évacue pas. Malgré mon signalement à l’hôtel ils ne sont jamais intervenu, alors qu’ils devaient le faire.
L’attente aux ascenseurs est un peu longue parfois, seulement 2 ascenseurs pour plusieurs centaines de résidents c’est trop peu.

Mooie kamer

Cons:

We hadden een extra sofabed op de kamer gevraagd voor onze dochter. Dit was bij aankomst, ondanks ik extra betaalde voor een vroegere check-in, nog niet geïnstalleerd. Het sofabed was ook niet comfortabel.

Great location and comfortable stay in Manchester
Pros:

The location is excellent - right next to a main tram station and about a 15 minute walk from Manchester Picadilly. Room was nice, too.

Cons:

Just 2 lifts for about 15 floors so sometimes you end up waiting for the lift.
