Un oasi inaspettata
Pros:

Bellissima la hall, gli spazi a piano terra e la sala della colazione. La colazione è ben fornita e molto buona. Lo staff soprattutto quello dell’ area piscina davvero gentile!

Cons:

Qualità prezzo soprattutto del ristorante nn adeguato! Potrebbero includere l’entrata alla piscina termale nel prezzo dell albergo. La struttura esterna dell albergo poco affascinante.

Torneremo!
Pros:

Hotel silenzioso, camere abbastanza confortevoli e non molto insonorizzate ma siamo riusciti a riposare in quanto comunque nei corridoi c'era poco caos.
Ristorante e bistrot di alto livello ma prezzi piuttosto alti.
Personale dell'hotel, della spa, del bar e del ristorante di altissimo livello: molto professionali, super gentili e accoglienti.
Siamo stati solo due notti ma per il confort mi sono sembrati 7 giorni!
La piscina è fantastica, chi è cliente dell'hotel ha a disposizione tutti i servizi - compresa la vasca idromassaggio e sauna. Ci sono inclusi anche lettini ed ombrelloni per chi soggiorna.
Il bar della piscina ben tenuto e personale sempre sorridente.
Molto suggestivo il bagno del sabato notte incluso nei costi.

Cons:

Da migliorare la colazione: non c'era nulla per le intolleranze, spesso non ho trovato latte senza lattosio per mancanza dello scarico quindi ho dovuto bere solo caffè.
Yogurt delle colazioni senza opzione "no lattosio" - poco assortimento senza glutine.
Da rivedere anche un pò la pulizia del parco piscina intorno ai lettini.
Non è mai stato fatto il riassetto pomeridiano ma poca cosa, il personale di servizio è di una dolcezza assoluta.

Diciamo che avendo prenotato una suite , dopo qualche raccomandazione ho avuto il servizio adeguato alla stanza , con riferimento particolare alla jacuzzi sul terrazzo, non pulita né igienizzata al mio arrivo

If you count another 30 euros a day on top of the rate you’ve the best hotel-wellness experience !
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable with good airconditioning. The location next to the terme is also perfect. Terme is like under the hotel partially as well. The best are the staff: Danielle, Ivan, and the others were exceptional!!!

Cons:

There was construction going on without given notice. At 8am they started to drill and make lots of noise waking you up… Also for the price the swimming pool isn’t even included in the rate. On the pictures it looks like the hotel has a pool, but it hasn’t. You’ve to pay extra. It’s close to scamming to be honest…
