According to the notice from the hotel, during the epidemic period, all guests coming from outside of Wuxi will be inspected three times in 3 days, and those who have health monitoring for 5 days will need to do 4 inspections in 5 days. All guests doing home health monitoring will not be accommodated. Guests need to check in with a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours, local sampling in Wuxi and a double green code. It is recommended to download the "Lingxi" APP in advance for personal authentication, and complete the entry declaration in accordance with Wuxi's epidemic prevention regulations, and scan the doorbell code when entering and exiting. Please confirm the reception policy with the hotel before placing an order. From December 2nd, 2022, breakfast will be upgraded and provided in the breakfast room of Pullman Wuxi New Lake Hotel. Personnel involved in 5-day 4-inspection will not be provided with dine-in breakfast, but only provided with packaged breakfast. If you have any questions, please contact the front desk in time.

Ice cold, hotel management doesnt care for basic functions missing during maintenance and keeps hotel open.
Cons:

On that particular day of my stay, the central heating was not available due to "scheduled maintenance".
It was freezing cold in the room, 12-13 centigrade.
On complaint, I was handed a very dangerous looking electric heater with molten housing, that was comically undersized for the hotel room.

Pros:

We were 1000% satisfied with our stay. The service was excellent, and the staff spoke English fluently. The room was clean and comfortable — everything was perfect. Since we were a large group, they even helped us arrange a bus rental, which we truly appreciated. We are 100% sure that we will stay at this place again next year.
