Pros:

- clean room
- comfy bed / pillows
- air con was lovely and cold
- easy check in

Cons:

- shower pressure is awful if you have a lot of hair or thicker hair
- option of caffeinated coffee pods in the more expensive/upgraded rooms, we only had decaffeinated

Pros:

Good location for getting to Etihad stadium. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons:

Not enough staff, they must have known the hotel would be full. Lunch was ok but would be better with some of the evening meals available.
Breakfast was awful... food not replenished, people waiting a long time. Ran out of juices. No cups for tea and coffee, tables not properly cleaned between guests.

Consider this location in Manchester - great hotel.
Pros:

Big room, great location and most everything was nice.

Cons:

Hotel was busy, so may be expected, but hallways and elevators were dirty. In need of some deep cleaning. Otherwise great. Breakfast selection was top notch!

The cleanliness and the staff helpfulness in the canteen especially. The little drinks and essentials you have at reception was convenient.

Cons:

A small little window in the bedroom made the room dark. No gifts to remind you of the hotel to make it difficult to stand out from the others. E.g. shampoo, flannel, souvenir etc

Pros:

The room is really nice. I asked for a room upgrade and they were happy to upgrade me to a room with view. The location is really good as it is close to the train station and also close to town.

Birthday Stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and its aesthetic was great for the price. We had ample space and were happy to have stayed there.

Cons:

They tried to charge us for breakfast everyday at £14 per day which l thought was expensive. I would have thought it was £14 for all 3 days.
