Pros:

breakfast good although mushrooms had a funny taste. hotel nice and clean and modern, just location poor as is kind of round the back of piccadilly and its a odd route to get to it

Although the address is Piccadilly, it’s a good 15mins walk to Piccadilly gardens.

Huge room, comfy beds, clean, staff we lovely, hotel smelt great, food was also of a good standard. Tram stop a five minute walk away so perfect location for the Co-op Live or Etihad. 3 mins by tram from Manchester Piccadilly
