Lovely stay in room breakfast poor
Pros:

Lovely staff, room was very comfortable and roomy love the views over Manchester

Cons:

The choice at the bar wasn’t excellent i asked for one drink and got another it wasnt available and other drinks were offered has substitute breakfast sorry but was very poor cold food and poor choice a long queue to the toaster has there was only one

The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Cons:

Mid week breakfast was only served until 9.30am which I felt was quite early. We added breakfast on at check in but after a late night at a concert we ended up not making it so turned out to be a waste of money.

Modern, clean and comfortable room
Pros:

First of all the staff at reception were lovely and very efficient with busy check in periods. We were upgraded to a larger room on arrival which was great in itself, the room was very clean and had a great view. The room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. I would have loved to stay more than one night! And it’s only around a 10 minute walk from the train station so great location. Probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.
