The worst experience of my life!! Period! DO NOT STAY HERE!
The property is easily accessible. The grounds were pleasant. Our room had no trash can, no hangers, no cups or glasses, only one wash cloth for two of us and very minimal kitchen utensils. The code we were given for our door wouldn't work when we arrived. That took about half an hour to resolve. There was a lot of black dust in the air vents, but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable
I called and asked what time was late check out, because I paid for late check out, and they told me 2pm. Turns out it was 12pm and they were knocking on my door rushing me out. Apartments look old and smell funny.
Room really was nice . Only issue really was my door wouldn’t lock and you can just push it open.
I’ve just finished a very long extended stay at this property and everyone from Kristi the manager to Michelle at the front desk to even the maintenance guy , have been so helpful and accommodating during my stay. We did have issues but every property does and when you inform them they go to great lengths to handle it quickly and efficiently. Thankyou so much to everyone for being so patient with my family and I. You guys are the best ! Thankyou
The floors were dirty and pull couch bedding was dirty. It was very noisy outside and we were unable to sleep from 7am to 11am. There is no daily housekeeping.
We had trouble with the code to get into the building but was resolved quickly. Only communication with staff was through phone or text. Not sure if there was anyone on the premises in case of emergency. We had 3 people and they only supplied 2 wash cloths and hand towels but did have 4 bath towels. Two nights of rain and window in the bedroom leaked both nights. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Before checkout you will need to strip the bed linens and towels and leave in a pile and dispose of your garbage. Great place to eat breakfast next door: USEgg.
Hit or miss, I’ve had experiences with a clean room and quiet neighbors and the opposite. But for the price and accessibility, not bad at all.
I stayed here from Friday to Sunday and found roaches in my room, including one in my food. I reported it, but the only solution offered was a late-night room switch right before checkout. Staff were not apologetic and told me to contact Expedia for compensation. Very unsanitary and poor service, I would not recommend.
Things were missing and broken. Things we’re not fixed at all. Ask they care about is their money and not caring about your needs in return.
Disgusting, dirty, blood stains on couch, floor sticky and dirty. I stayed 20 minutes and left. Upon arriving check-in at counter a lady walked in complaining how Disgusting the rooms were, she was uncomfortable taking a shiwer because the shower was filthy. And when i arrived to my room i understood what she meant. I dont know how you are still open.

During my recent stay at this property, I found the location to be exceptionally convenient—situated close to all major access routes and, most importantly, within easy reach of several IT companies. This made commuting effortless and time-efficient. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet, offering a restful atmosphere that contributed to a good night's sleep. Additionally, the property provided plenty of parking spots, ensuring that I never had to worry about finding a space for my vehicle.
However, there are areas where the property could improve. The cleanliness did not always meet expectations, and a more thorough approach to housekeeping would greatly enhance the overall experience. Moreover, the in-room amenities were quite minimal, making the stay less comfortable than it could have been. A few thoughtful upgrades—such as basic toiletries, better linens, or a coffee maker—would go a long way in increasing guest satisfaction.
Overall, while the location and tranquility of the property are definite strengths, addressing cleanliness and enhancing amenities would elevate the quality of future stays.
As soon as I opened the front door I killed 2 cockroaches, the bathroom was super dirty and when I woke up there was 2 dead cockroaches next to me in the blankets, I called the office requesting a different room 5 different times and nobody was able to solve the problem. The last person I spoke with said he would call me back back within an hour at 9:00pm and had me waiting at the parking lot for almost 3 hours by the time he called me back I had already rented a different hotel and left.
The locks on the door were broken and wouldn't engage at all
So the 1st day here, the pipe under the bathroom sink exploded, I reported it and heard nothing this while week. The door won't engage or lock, the lock is broken. Reported that, nothing. Nothing had been cleaned in the room, serious layer of dust. They charge either 100 or 35.00 extra every time you extend for the door code to the building and the room itself, so if you don't pay that your not getting into the room or the building and in Arizona, in the summer, that's a huge problem.. The desk mgr was very nice but NOTHING was fixed, nothing was even acknowledged, and that really bothered us, the door and safety became prevalent but also didn't seem to matter to this establishment, they just wanted the full price to stay in a unsafe, unkempt room. I'm good, I'll go to the Hilton next time.
