The beds
Pros:

The staff. No deposit. Great location. The hotel is nice

Cons:

The beds. Are so awful. The past three times I've stayed here I haven't been able to sleep on the beds. I live in a work van and sleep sitting up in the front seat. So anything is comfortable in comparison. Not these beds. And more annoyingly. This time. The bed smelled so horrible of wet dog and urine. I slept on the couch. Not worth $100. That's a lot for a homeless person. It sucks because it's a nice place. Nice area.

I’ve booked it for four nights and I only stay one night. I will not stay at that hotel again.

Rooms did not have coffee machine and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The whole hotel did not provide coffee. That was unacceptable to me.

Terrible and extremely disappointing.

I liked the front desk staff

Cons:

Everything aside from staff was disappointing. The counter wasn’t properly clean. I jammed my finger in the poorly placed cabinet that didn’t shut properly; I went to the doctor last week since it still hurt and found out I had a hairline fracture. I was woken up at 4 am by the person’s alarm next door. They never turned it off, so it kept sounding for over half an hour. No one was at the desk so I had to use the “lobby” phone. Someone picked up who was incredibly rude and nasty; she did nothing to help. I also had a phone in my room that didn’t work the entire time I was there. I paid for better internet, which I never received. And the bed was wobbly. The only decent thing about this hotel was the front desk when they were there during the day. I contacted the hotel manager and never heard back.

Cons:

Eiskasten ist sehr laut, Wecker hat nicht funktioniert, Strom ist ausgegfallen mussten alles aus dem 4 Stock die Stiegen hinuntertragen, fussbodenisolierung mangelhaft- blosses herumgehen hat die Partei unter uns aufgeregt, kein warmes Wasser in der frueh zum Tuschen. Wollte eine Reduktion der Rate, ging nicht, Stromausfall war nicht schuld des Hotels war die Antwort.
