Pros:

The view was great , the room was big enough to enjoy

Cons:

About parking it is horrible, staff (Reception, house keepers , room services, restaurant food staff ) are coming late and being rude , the food expensive and then two plates and half of it sold out of minu without decreasing the price or give another choices

Vegan, Views, and Hospitality
Pros:

The level of hospitality is unmatched here. My family and I are vegans (not vegetarian). Mohammed Shinas made sure to have hot and cold vegan breakfast options that were nut-free and gluten-free. You can’t beat the views of the corniche. As a Floridian, I enjoyed the waterfront views. I have to circle back to the hospitality because the staff are amazing! They’re prompt, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. I appreciate that the bottled waters and hand towels are easily accessible in the fitness center. There’s a convenient store next to the restaurant which makes getting snacks and fruits possible. I got the standard twin bed room. I thought the room would be compact, but it was actually spacious.

Cons:

The shower is not fully enclosed, so water splashed throughout the bathroom. The water pressure was not as strong as I would have liked it to be.
