Başta bodrum odası olmasa fiyat farkı verip üst kata alırmısınız dedim fiyat farkı vermenize gerek yok geleceğiniz gün müsaitiz sizi üst kata alırız dediler. Gittiğimde ise klasik olarak fiyat farkı çıkardılar. Neyse bu önemli değil otelin ulaşımı çok sıkıntı. Çok aşağıda kalıyor yol sıkıntısı var yani araba girmesi ayrı sorun yaya gitsen yokuş çıkmak inmek ayrı sorun. Düzlükte aynı fiyata başka yerler daha iyi bence.

El hotel es excelente. Nosotros estuvimos en otro de la misma categoría dos días antes y este hotel lo supera significativamente. Volvería sin duda. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado y el desayuno es muy variado, tipo buffet. Tiene recepción las 24 horas. Ayuda mucho en vuelos que llegan en la madrugada, como fue nuestro caso.

Alltså det här hotellet o dess personal från reseptionist till städare o springpojken var en ny upplevelse! Super artiga o service-minded. Till skillnad från mina andra vistelser i Turkiet då personal brukar himla med ögonen när man be om nåt, tyggande om tips, hårda reaktioner när de inte förstår engelska etc var Mount Ararats personal så ödmjuka. Både varme och kyla fungerade i rummet. Hyfsat frukost med gott te. Kaffe o vatten alla dagar. Byter lakan varje dag om man vill det (jag tackade nej flera gånger). Hotellet har flera erbjudande. Jag gick på spa o var riktigt möjd så missa inte att fråga om det i receptionen.
Det endan mindra bra med hotellet var ledningen som rökte i kontoret (inomhus, bredvid frukostsalen)

Tienen servicio de taxi para acercarte al aeropuerto, previo pago, claro.
Atentos,limpio, calefacción, agua caliente.
Atentos a que no nos faltasen botellas de agua.
Desyuno totalmente turco, variedad.
Hotel a 15 minutos andando de la mezquita azul, puedes desplazarte andando.Poco ruido, se duerme bien.

Nos costó 40€/noche. Y volvería a repetir

The staff was very nice and it was a great value for my bucks. They tried to accommodate me when I mentioned the issue with heating in my room. I recommend them for others :)

Muy buena experiencia, el desayuno incluido muy completo, la habitación preciosa, y una atención excelente por parte de los trabajadores. Me sentí muy cómoda y segura.

Camera molto piccola, soprattutto il bagno. Fredda, calorifero tiepido. Molto sporca. Colazione scadente. Unica nota positiva: posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro

Hotel Mount Ararat is a nice hotel, conveniently located near Sultan Ahmet and all the tourist spots therein. The Kupkapi bus and tram stops are within 5 minutes walking distance. The rooms are very clean and staffs are well behaved. The arranged an airport transfer on payment for us as well.

We had two standard double rooms booked, and upon arrival on the first night we were told that we have to stay in twin rooms as there is no double rooms available for that night even though it was pre-booked and the rest of the nights would be normal, so our first morning we had to rush and pack everything up again and wait for our originally booked rooms to be done which delayed us from leaving for our activities. One of the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and breakfast range was very limited so we only had breakfast for one morning out of the 5. Shower curtain is pretty small and kind of useless as a considerable amount of water still managed to spill onto the bathroom floor. Staff were decent and kind but on the last day we faced an inconvenience where the toilet flush had suddenly stopped working in my parents room and my mum has incontinence issues, when this was raised to the staff, they said there was nothing they could do except that theres a toilet downstairs which wasn't very helpful and uncomfortable as they couldn’t easily access the toilets when needed and due to the lack of privacy, this led to them resorting to use my room's toilet, luckily this was only the last night otherwise it would’ve been extremely difficult for both my parents and my husband and I. Also to note we could often smell cigarettes.
