Pleasant enough but expected more from a 4 star hotel.

It was one of our best hotel stays in Vietnam.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for just one night as the hotel we were booked into had a problem with the air con and moved us here.
This hotel was gorgeous. Big room with huge bed.
Breakfast was great with loads of options.
The staff were very welcoming
It would have been great to stay here for our whole stay in HCM.

Pros:

Remek helyen található, gyalogos közelségben a belváros, mégis csendes. A roof top bár és medence fantasztikus, a kilátás, a kiszolgálás első osztályú! A reggeli változatos és finom.

Pros:

Grande chambre avec belle vue au 18 (dernier étage). L'emplacement. La piscine.

Cons:

Ménage très moyen, poussière un peu partout. L'ensemble du personnel (sauf les bagagistes très gentils et souriants et un réceptionniste parlant le français). Sinon, pas un sourire, pas un bonjour, pas un merci....on a été qu'une carte bleue. Et quand l'on s'adresse à vous c'est avec un ton vraiment désagréable. Donc pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoile...et surtout à ce prix. En résumer le pire 4 étoile en 30 ans de voyage....
