Alt i alt et godt ophold som passede perfekt til mine behov.
Pros:

Personalet var virkelig top service-minded.
Morgenmaden var god. Faciliteterne var rigtig fine.

Cons:

Alt var generelt helt i ordren, men synes at rengøringen var lidt sløset. Kunne se at overflader i køkken og gulv i badeværelset ikke blev gjort rent.

Pros:

Świetne miejsce, szczególnie dla par. Ładne, wygodne pokoje. Są też fajne przestrzenie wspólne, na spotkania. Czysto. Można zrobić pranie. Śniadanie dobre, można nawet zamówić je do pokoju, zapakowane w cudnym koszyczku.

Le personnel sympathique mais très jeune et un manque d’apprentissage

Great hub for a stay in Porto
Pros:

Loved the communal spaces including the TV/relaxation room. The pool was clean. Use of Padel was brilliant too. Room was clean and spacious. Gym was well equipped.

Cons:

Nothing - it was brilliant!
Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have it - a great bakery around the corner

Pros:

The room was clean with a quite well-equipped kitchen. Not a lot to complain.

Cons:

If I were to pick on something, the toilet fan was super loud, and you couldn't close the doors without them slamming a bit.

Overall, we had a good stay, but there are a few things that could be improved.
Pros:

The rooms were small, but very well equipped and comfortable. There was a good hairdryer, a proper iron, a coffee machine with a separate milk frother, a fridge, and enough shelves and storage, so it was hard to complain about the room itself.

We also really liked that the underground parking was included in the price. The hotel also has a gym and offers activities like yoga and padel.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The choice was very limited – basically croissants, boiled eggs and a few pastries. There were no omelettes, sausages or other warm breakfast options, which was surprising because there is staff and a kitchen. At the same time, they offer freshly squeezed juice, which is nice, but it makes the lack of basic hot breakfast options even more strange.

Another downside is the construction nearby during working days. It can be very loud when you are relaxing by the pool. Of course, this is not really the hotel’s fault, but future guests should be aware that the construction noise can be quite noticeable during the day.
