Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Ashih, Sangay, and Mingma went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted and needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience stand out. In addition, the rooms lived up to the brand’s reputation, comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and thoughtful regional touches that reflected great attention to detail.

Cons:

The location is, as expected, away from Gangtok and closer to Pakyong Airport. The view from the airport viewpoint was stunning. Although many reviews mention that the road is in poor condition, it is currently being repaired, which should make access much easier soon.

Best property in Gangtok region , nice views and great rooms and superb food and service
Pros:

Vivanta Pakyong is an awesome resort.
Go for premium pool view rooms which have lovely views .
Entire hotel staff from F&B to housekeeping to front office to General Manager all are doing marvelous work. Keep it up 👍🏼

Very scenic view of the mountains and leisure time due to good service
Pros:

The property was good. Services were very good. Staff were very nice. The breakfast spread was nice. They had prepared breakfast earlier also when we had to leave early. The property was well maintained and it had gorgeous look of Gangtok city

Cons:

The road to the property can be iimproved. Also if need to have some recreational things like TT or Pool table for in-house activity

Ok experience ( only cuz of the the condition of the roads....they are pretty bad!! )
Pros:

The staff are amazing ....Mr Chetri the executive chef, Mr Suren the F&B Manager are great gentleman who did everything from their end. Their staff Pemma, Piming and Anisur were also great, courteous and williing to go the extra mile!

Cons:

The road to the hotel is horrible, during our stay their was an episode of unruly guests fighting and hurling abuses at one another which wasn't comfortable to say the least...when reported it was brought under control.

I had a lovely stay. The property has an incredible crew.
Pros:

The breakfast is served in a restaurant on the ground floor and has a minimal and clean setting ideal for quiet mornings. Since the time we chose wasn't peak season they often serve an a-la-carte breakfast instead of a buffet but Prem was very helpful with suggestions and helps you choose from an option of local dishes and the usual breakfast fare. The Rhododendron tea served during breakfast was flavourful and relaxing. I enjoyed the tingmos served with dalle khursani chutney as well. The property is well-managed, the rooms are clean, smell fresh and offer stunning views of the majestic mountains. The washrooms are spacious, well-stocked and spick and span. The staff is warm and helpful. Special shoutout to Prem, Priyanka, Ashis and Pema!

Cons:

The place does have limited breakfast options especially on days when there are few guests but everything is prepared fresh and with care. The access road is severely damaged and the last 3-4 kilometers can be very tricky. If you have older people accompanying you plan to rent an SUV and reach the property while there is daylight at least on the day you're checking in.
