Location, smell in the elevator and hallways, room, bed, no sheets, no towels, breakfast, staff... when we asked the staff if we could get some towels, they said they were washing... It's just a brush off...

I'm so glad we booked with Staybridge!!
Pros:

The place was beautiful from the parking lot to the room. It smelled good too. Breakfast was Buffet style and amazing with many different choices. My kids LOVED the waffle making station the most. They have quality toiletries in the room as well. Dishes were fully stocked in the kitchen and appliances were very nice.

Cons:

The only downside was the sofa bed was kind of sunken in, but that's not really a big deal because that is how sofa beds go sometimes. My oldest still loved having her own space in the "Living room" of the suite.

Es limpio y hay cosina

Cons:

No me gustó que pague $165 por dos camas y cuando me dan mi habitación entro y veo que solo es una cama y voy hablar con la front desk me dice que solo tiene de una cama y que no me puede cambiar y le digo pero el precio de una cama estaba a $143 porque me cobran si no tienen de dos camas solo porque llevaba a mis hijos si. No me voy de ese lugar me disguste mucho no regresaré a este lugar y aparte te cobran $12 de parking

Nicely appointed rooms convenient location where staff did for the most part go above and beyond.
Pros:

Love the room with small kitchenette, seating area, comfortable bed. Very close to many restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and were often late getting food and coffee etc out in a timely manner
