Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, as it is very close to the train station.

I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel on Google and Booking. The hotel is very small and outdated, the room had a constant unpleasant smell, and the window was facing the inside of the building, with no real view or fresh air. Almost everything about the stay was below our expectations.

The reception staff were friendly, which was one of the few positive aspects. However, a hotel experience is not only about the inside of the room. Although there was a sign saying that guests should review the hotel itself and not the exterior, the location and the surrounding environment are also important parts of a guest’s experience. I don’t understand why guests should not be allowed to mention these aspects.

During our two-night stay, there were many homeless people and some people who made us feel unsafe around the entrance of the hotel. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, I would expect at least a cleaner and safer-looking entrance area.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Definitely not 4 stars hotel, 2 stars maybe.. Everything looks very cheap, including the breakfast, a lady at the reception has the most bored face in the whole Italy, during the breakfast I had to remind my coffee order twice and when it was brought after 15 min with a plastic spoon I gave up with that place.

Tutto, terribile per un 4 stelle.
Era più grande il televisore della finestra della camera che dava su un cavedio condominiale.
Lo staff delle pulizie alle 8.00 del mattino urlavano come al mercato di Napoli.
Le lenzuola e la biancheria e il kit bagno inaccettabile per un 4 stelle.

Vacanza a Napoli con la famiglia
Pros:

Sicuramente la vicinanza alla Metro e alla stazione centrale.
Camera spaziosa con bagno di dimensioni proporzionate al numero degli esposti.

Cons:

La colazione è da rivedere. Gli ambienti non sono adeguati al numero degli ospiti della struttura. Non avendo un corner bar, si consiglia l'installazione di un caffetteria automatica ridurebbe di gran lunga i tempi di attesa e gli errati servizi al tavolo.
Non ho mai visto in un 4 stelle che gli ospiti devono prendersi il coperto (posate e tovaglioli) per fare colazione.
