• Daily breakfast for two adults and two children is included for stays in the Two-Bedroom Family Suite.
• Daily two-course lunch and dinner and daily selected free-flow drinks are available for two adults for stays in the Two-Bedroom Family Suite.
• An extra person charges of THB 1,500 per person, per night includes breakfast and an extra bed only.
• An additional charge of THB 1,000 per person per night applies for the meal plan and free-flow package. Rates are exclusive of taxes and service charge. Applicable for guests aged 12 years and above.
•Complimentary meals are available for children aged 0–3 years only. Children aged 4–11 years are charged 50% of the adult price.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The absolute highlight of our stay at Avani+ Khao Lak was the exceptional service and the incredibly warm, attentive staff. Every single staff member was genuinely kind and eager to help; whether it was fixing a minor room issue, delivering room service, providing first aid, or picking us up in a golf cart, everything was handled within minutes and always with a big smile. The resort itself is massive and perfectly set up for families, featuring direct beach access and a fantastic kids' pool complete with waterslides and an adjacent Italian restaurant—literally everything a parent needs in one convenient spot. We stayed in a Pool Suite which the kids absolutely loved, giving us the flexibility to swim and relax in privacy without always needing to head down to the main pool. On a positive note, the rooms themselves were kept remarkably clean and completely free of mosquitoes and lizards. Furthermore, the resort's pricing is highly reasonable and fair compared to outside rates, and the staff even went above and beyond by delivering our externally outsourced laundry straight to our room. The impeccable service alone is the main reason we would consider returning in the future.
On the downside, the location was a major drawback for us. While we knew beforehand that the resort was relatively remote, you don't fully realize the inconvenience until you actually want to go somewhere. A trip to the center of Khao Lak takes at least 15 minutes and costs a steep minimum of 800 Baht round-trip; to make matters worse, ride-hailing apps do not work in this area, so you have to arrange transportation the old-fashioned way. This isolation makes dining a bit of a challenge, as there are very few food options inside or near the hotel outside of one indoor restaurant with a limited menu and the open-air Italian spot. While the prices are fair, it is very difficult to find variety, and the weekend buffet is quite expensive for a rather limited selection. Additionally, proper pest control and spraying against ants and mosquitoes around the resort grounds were sorely needed; standing still for just two minutes outdoors was enough to get covered in bites. Finally, the breakfast, though decent, felt highly repetitive and was mostly non-kosher due to the mixing of meat and dairy or pork mixed into the salads. There is a good baseline of food to get by on, but the lack of daily variation made it feel incredibly monotonous after just two or three mornings.

המיקום שקט , יש בריכה צמודה לאזור המגלשות ומתאימה למשפחות ויש בריכה ממש חלומית על יד הים שהיא ממש מהממת עם נוף משגע , האוכל טעים מאוד, יש מבחר לכולם . יש גן חיות לילדים ויש איש נחמד אחראי על החיות ועל האכלות ודואג לתת לילדים להאכיל את החיות זאת חוויה עצומה
אין מה להגיד ריזורט מדהים, הופתענו שאין סופר בתוך המלון צריך לצאת ולחצות כביש סואן. בתוך המלון יש מסעדות שוות ומאוד טעימות אבל לא זול בלשון המעטה על כל קניה מוסיפים vat זה המס שלהם. בקיצור קחו המלצה לאחלה מסעדה על החוף מהמלון ימינה 2 דק . היה טעים ואכלה וחצי מחיר ולא רחוק.

The location quite far from the city and the price of foodstuffs or drinks quite high.
This is perfect for small kids , so many activities from mini golf, rock climbing , kids club , waterslide and arcades. Junie and Nina at kids clubs were outstanding with my two young children. The grounds are beautiful along with the rooms. Great breakfast and multiple food options .
Taxi needed every time you wanted to eat in the town or main centre which is quite fair away. Would have been great if there was a kids priced sushi menu for kids as charged full price for plain kids sushi . The mizu lounge is delicious but very expensive to eat out with kids.

We loved our stay. Gorgeous lush green grounds and the best is that the beach has natural trees so you’re almost sitting in a cute forest with natural shade. It’s so nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. All in all
Great value for money. And of course the staff were amazing. We will be back.
We liked all. Maybe limited F&B options but we always found something to snack on.
