Eines muss man vorweg sagen, das Resort liegt an einem traumhaften ruhigen Strandabschnitt, man findet immer Liegestühle am Strand, das Problem mit den reservierten Liegen von Gästen gibt es hier nicht. Natürlicher Schatten am Strand bedingt durch die Bäume macht das Erlebnis einzigartig. Es ist angenehm ruhig, die Musik die an der Beachbar gespielt wird ist angenehm und wirklich nicht aufdringlich, Musikauswahl passt bestens
Das Frühstück spielt alles Spiele, wenn jemand hier nichts findet ist echt weltfremd! Klar das Resort ist groß allerdings verteilen sich die Menschen im Essensbereich gut.
Das Personal ist sehr bemüht immer freundlich, Kaffequalität und Auswahl passt
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Größe ist mehr wie ausreichend und ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und gärtnerisch top gepflegt! Zwei Pools wovon einer dezidiert für Familien mit Kinder ist sind im Resort.

Cons:

Die Preise im Hotel für Getränke und Essen sind empfindlich teuer und liegen auf europäischem Niveau, die Happy hour an der Beachbar buy one get one free macht es einigermaßen vertretbar.
Barrierefreiheit ist speziell im Poolbereich und auf einigen Treppen nicht immer gegeben (Handlauf).
Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum ist nicht ohne, ich hatte für die gesamte Zeit ein Mietauto welches das Problem löste. Für Gäste die kein Mietauto haben, bietet das Hotel einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttle an.

Pros:

Шикарная пляжная зона, полотенца прямо на пляже, много и всегда свободно, шезлонги и мягкие кресла, ночной костер!

Cons:

Предложили пакет типа «ALL IN», по факту оказалось, что есть отдельное меню для “all in”, и есть отдельное меню за деньги, в котором есть более интересные блюда.
Элементарный кокос, это платно, салат с креветками платно, и т.п.
Персонал говорит, ой вам это нельзя, это не входит в ваш пакет, это платно, вот возьмите ваше «бесплатное меню».
Это жутко взбесило, каждый раз нужно было объяснять, что я готов заплатить за те блюда и напитки, которые заказываю.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds, lovely staff - food could be better.
Pros:

The hotel grounds are beautiful, the pool was one of the nicest I have seen, the splash pad was great for kids, water was the perfect temperature throughout, the grounds the rooms are also lovely and the staff attentive & sweet.

Cons:

We each had food poisoning at least once which we highlighted to staff (and had to see the nurse multiple times). We have been to Thailand more than 5/6 times so it’s not that we are new to the local food. Many food options contained pork which was disappointing - although staff were accommodating where possible when we asked for other options.
When we were leaving our luggage was only partially loaded into the taxi and half of it was left at the valet (we only noticed 90 minutes into our drive to the airport which left us scrambling around in time to make our flight).

Pros:

Отель прекрасен своей зеленой территорией и тем, что создаётся впечатление единения с природой. Деревья, ферма, рыбки, вараны на территории - то, что отличает этот отель. Персонал очень дружелюбный, внимательный, запоминает детали. Уборка каждодневная, полотенца меняют также. Косметика хорошая, кому нужно. Бассейн с морской водой еще одно дополнение к изюминке. Мы брали машину, поэтому скучать не пришлось. Пляж чистый, постоянная уборка.

Cons:

По ресторану: Брали только завтраки (остались ими довольны), ужины брали изредка , по не всегда они были изобильными, на наш взгляд, в отношении детей, хотелось больше вариантов более европейских форматов.
Те рестораны, что на территории (НЕ в Лобби) показались дорогими для этой еды.
Хотелось бы чтобы детская комната работала до 21.00, потому что в 19 показалось рановато закрытие.

Pros:

Отдыхали неделю. Территория очень красивая, отличный персонал. Тихо спокойно. Отель не новый, но чистоту поддерживают. В номере убирались хорошо. Постель и полотенца без единого пятнышка. Не застиранная! Сантехника в нормальном состоянии все исправно работало. Пляж максимально чистый, особенно нет окурков и пробок от бутылок. Есть место для курения очень удобно и правильно. Так как в отели много семейных пар с детьми.
Пляж большой заход в воду удобный. Лежаков на пляже достаточно. Бассейны чистые людей не много.
Есть также на территории мини мини зоопарк , где можно покормить рыбок и прочих животных. Детская игровая хорошая, есть на улице с песком и горкой и внутри. Чисто аккуратно дружелюбный персонал.
Через дорогу есть не большой магазин по типу 7/11. Также есть обменник кому нужно обменять деньги то идите туда. Также есть овощная лавка рядом с магазином бананы кокосы манго и тд все там.

Cons:

Полотенца на пляже и у бассейна , часть из них требует замены (попадались дырявые полотенца и выцветшие). Однозначно! Думаю много денег не уйдет на замену а отдыхающим будет только приятно пользоваться хорошими свежими полотенцами.
