Excellent Second Stay
Pros:

This is our second time staying here. We were warmly welcomed by the reception and bellman. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious choices.

Thank you to Khun Knight and the bellman (sorry, I couldn’t remember his name, it starts with A and has two words) for the warm arrival, and thank you to Khun Ing, Khun June, and Khun Watt for the smooth departure.

We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avani+ Khao Lak. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children to enjoy.

​A special shout-out to Khun Tan (GSC), who went the extra mile to support our family. We would also like to thank Khun May (AVC) for the warm welcome, Khun Aom at breakfast, Khun Night at Mi Scusi, and Khun Lizzy at the Farm. Finally, thanks to Khun Wat and Khun X from the Bell team for the excellent orientation and their impressive product knowledge.

​Overall, the hospitality was excellent. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Perfect.
Pros:

Everything was PEREFCT. We travelled with 3 children age 2, 4 and 7 and it was just utterly stunning. Everything we wanted our holiday to be and we have already to try and go back next year. I never go to the same hotel twice, but it was dreamy and beautiful and the people are lovely. The wildlife is stunning too and the kids loved EVERYTHING.

Cons:

The prices within the hotel are expenses in comparison to elsewhere so we rarely ate at the hotel. And only got drinks during Happy Hour. Food there was about twice the price of eating at a restaurant just down the beach.

Beyond them, the rest of the reception staff also impressed me with their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, whether it was answering questions, arranging details, or simply making me feel at home.

Getting around the resort was effortless thanks to the buggy drivers, who were always cheerful, polite, and quick to respond. Their friendliness added a personal touch to the convenience of the service, and I appreciated how they made every ride feel safe and comfortable.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight of my stay. The restaurant staff in the breakfast area were exceptional—attentive, efficient, and always ready with a warm greeting. They kept the buffet fresh and well-stocked, and their thoughtful service made mornings feel relaxed and enjoyable. It wasn’t just about the food (which was delicious and offered plenty of variety), but also the atmosphere they created with their kindness and professionalism.

And then there were the evenings. Watching the sunset by the beach was simply magical. The sky transformed into shades of orange and pink, reflecting beautifully over the water, and it became the perfect way to end each day. The staff often made sure guests were comfortable during this time, adding to the sense of care and hospitality that defines the resort.

Overall, my stay at Avani+ Khao Lak was more than just a holiday—it was an experience shaped by the dedication and warmth of the people who work there. Lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely however there weren't much vegetarian/vegan options in comparison to meat which isn't surprising. What was available was repetitive although very tasty.

Staff were all super welcoming and friendly.

Food at Mi Scusi was delicious and the waiter staff were so friendly with our child and couldn't do enough for us.

Surroundings and vibe was amazing this is where it excels, the beauty of the area, nature, and the beach is just divine.

The pool areas are great - kids bit could do with a little spruce up but it's fully functional and my little boy had a wonderful time playing.

All activities and areas available for kids are brilliant. Night cinema is lovely with popcorn available to buy, children's menus everywhere, chess at the beach, various water sports, kids club, arcade, climbing wall. So much to do, to keep them from getting bored.

We would absolutely stay again. But will probably try a better style of room.

Cons:

Cleanliness was subpar our bedding sometimes had stains on (that hadn't been able to be washed out) and the floors/areas of the room were quite scruffy and either needed updating or cleaning throughly mainly the fridge area, balcony and seating.

We keep coming back, and here's why.

Our family returned to Avani+ Khao Lak for a 3-night stay after a fantastic visit last year, and once again, we were beyond impressed. From the moment we arrived until the second we checked out, the service was truly world-class.

A special thank you to the Front Office team for the warm welcome and for the kind room upgrade—it made our stay feel so much more special. We would especially like to commend Khun Gift (Assistant Front Office Manager) for taking such wonderful care of us throughout our stay.

The activities kept everyone happy! My wife and child loved the boxing lessons at Avani Fit, and the Kids Club staff deserve a huge thank you for their warmth and dedication—their smiles kept my child entertained and happy every single day. We also want to thank the housekeeping team for keeping our room pristine.

The hotel amenities are top-notch. Between the main pool, the kids' pool with the water slides, and the beautiful beach, there was so much to do that we never felt the need to leave the resort. Whether it was indoor or outdoor activities, there was never a dull moment. To top it all off, the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, catering perfectly to all our dietary preferences.

Staying at Avani+ Khao Lak was an absolute pleasure. The combination of beautiful accommodations, stunning surroundings, and exceptional service has left a lasting impression on our family. We are already looking forward to our 3rd visit—and many more after that!
