Pros:

Everything! Especially the staff! We came with the whole family to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. The staff helped us and prepered a wonderful surprise for him (and us) a decorated room with goodies and baloons! We had so much fun. A special thakes to Ranisa, Director of rooms. We would be HAPPY to return in the future

Cons:

We had a little back pain because of the bed (but nothing a good massage wouldn't fix)

ואוו ממה נתחיל?? זה המקום הכי טוב להיות בו בתאילנד נקודה! הכל פשוט מעולה פלוס! החדרים מעלפים, הנוחות והקלות חהגיע ממקום למקום, המתקנים לילדים מושלמים! מגלשות ואיזור בריכה שמתאים לפעוטות וילדים יותר גדולים יחד, בריכה ליד מהממת שמתאימה לכולם, אוכל וגלידה בבריכה עם שירות הכי טוב שחווינו, הילדים לא רצו ללכת! מועדון ילדים כיפי, חדר כושר 24/7, אוכל מצויו ומגווו מאוד הם עושים הכל שיהיה לכולם מבחר מערב איטלקי וגם ברביקיו, מנות לילדים גם בבריכה, הליכה קצרה לחוף הים ברגל מהמלון בשביל קסום, ושם מסעדות מטורפות וחוף ים מדהים! הצוות במלון אדיר!! ניקיון יחס פשוט לא להתלבט ולסגור, אין עוד כזה מלון מהמם ביופיו ועם שלל פעילויות לכולם. חלום.

Traumhafter Entspannungsurlaub

Eines muss man vorweg sagen, das Resort liegt an einem traumhaften ruhigen Strandabschnitt, man findet immer Liegestühle am Strand, das Problem mit den reservierten Liegen von Gästen gibt es hier nicht. Natürlicher Schatten am Strand bedingt durch die Bäume macht das Erlebnis einzigartig. Es ist angenehm ruhig, die Musik die an der Beachbar gespielt wird ist angenehm und wirklich nicht aufdringlich, Musikauswahl passt bestens
Das Frühstück spielt alles Spiele, wenn jemand hier nichts findet ist echt weltfremd! Klar das Resort ist groß allerdings verteilen sich die Menschen im Essensbereich gut.
Das Personal ist sehr bemüht immer freundlich, Kaffequalität und Auswahl passt
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Größe ist mehr wie ausreichend und ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und gärtnerisch top gepflegt! Zwei Pools wovon einer dezidiert für Familien mit Kinder ist sind im Resort.

Cons:

Die Preise im Hotel für Getränke und Essen sind empfindlich teuer und liegen auf europäischem Niveau, die Happy hour an der Beachbar buy one get one free macht es einigermaßen vertretbar.
Barrierefreiheit ist speziell im Poolbereich und auf einigen Treppen nicht immer gegeben (Handlauf).
Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum ist nicht ohne, ich hatte für die gesamte Zeit ein Mietauto welches das Problem löste. Für Gäste die kein Mietauto haben, bietet das Hotel einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttle an.

Шикарная пляжная зона, полотенца прямо на пляже, много и всегда свободно, шезлонги и мягкие кресла, ночной костер!

Cons:

Предложили пакет типа «ALL IN», по факту оказалось, что есть отдельное меню для “all in”, и есть отдельное меню за деньги, в котором есть более интересные блюда.
Элементарный кокос, это платно, салат с креветками платно, и т.п.
Персонал говорит, ой вам это нельзя, это не входит в ваш пакет, это платно, вот возьмите ваше «бесплатное меню».
Это жутко взбесило, каждый раз нужно было объяснять, что я готов заплатить за те блюда и напитки, которые заказываю.
