It's Okay & we just needed a good place to sleep in our chosen dates so it's kinda overprice for us
Pros:

I like the proximity to some needed establishments like Robinsons Mall, restaurants, tourist destinations, US Embassy and very near to the events place we planned to visit. They have smart TV to use for YouTube and Netflix. Toiletries is also available and bottled water is available also. We had a good sleep here.

Cons:

I didn't like the time we initially checked in regarding the assurance of the availability of our booked stay from this platform because the reception give us feedback that it was over booked across the platforms where this stay is posted especially on the date we choose. So we are worried if we will be granted a room or not, and if not it's very hassle to us that came from far location. Linens was not so clean and overall is I cannot suggest it for maselan travellers. I had this price rates compared it's over price for me in terms of the overall experience. No coffee and hot water kettle this should be also available.

Next time I come don't tell girl who came to visit me that I've gone out with 4 girls. Respect your clients confidentiality that why I never stay there again. Otherwise great hotel.

Posed health concern
Pros:

It was within Malate, Manila’s Red District, so it was near malls and restaurants.

Cons:

1. Cockroach was everywhere.

2. In the room accommodation I was in, the shower knob was broken. It was fixed with an improvised body of a ball pen as the knob.

Roaches in bathroom in the sleep area floor and come out of the refrigerator area. Tv didn't work they brought a new one better it didn't work then programs not working weak wifi in and out intermittent

Cons:

The cashier ask me for another hundred pesos since I paid it already online but she ask additional add on cause its an different room from my booked room..

Of course I didn't argue cause I'm tired already and just want to have some rest
