Location is amazing perfectly isolated but able to walk around and see people. Atmosphere was very comfortable. Felt like home away from home. Rooms were clean and nice. Felt comfortable staying there. Amenities were great. They too care of my family well. Staff was amazing and friendly.
It was just few days back when I stayed there,.and honestly it was something different, I would like to thank for the hospitality over here l, front desk is really helpful special thanks and shout out to to Akhil (Reservation) tanuj (restaurant) and Mr. Shubham from Front Desk.

We stayed at Elysian for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We have no complaints whatsoever about our stay at this fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home throughout our entire stay.
The staff was extremely courteous, warm, and attentive to even the smallest of our needs. The rooms were excellent, offering great views and a very comfortable ambience. The temperature was just right, and the bed, pillows, and comforter were all spotless and of excellent quality. It was clear that every small detail had been thoughtfully taken care of.
The food was outstanding. The spread was expansive, and you genuinely never feel hungry for the rest of the day. The staff was attentive and even customized dishes to suit our gastronomical preferences.
Our stay at Elysian was truly the highlight of our time in Shimla.
We were here for 3 nights and the experience was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfy. The food was excellent . The staff was always helpful and welcoming and ever so pleasant. Definitely the best hotel in this region

The atmosphere was beautiful and all the staff were welcoming & friendly.
Gunit looked after us very well in the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and so many choices on the menu.

It was a great experience visiting Elysium resort for our farewell, the staff was very sweet and helpfull which indeed made the day more special for us. All in all it was the best experience, the food was relishable and the organising people were top notch.... 😋

Everything was good ..the experience was nice..very clean property...staffs where well trained and polite...1 drawback what I personally felt was the breakfast, I stayed for 2 days and more then 70 percent item was south Indian, but the taste was awsame
We stayed at welcime heritage elysium resort for our family vacationin dec 2025. Location is good. Peoperty is nice very well maintained, big rooms. Hospitality of the staff is top notch. We were served well by hotel staff. Special mention to Mr Surender Paul and Gunit.
