Would definitely stay again, 30-40mins outside the city but half the price.
Pros:

Right next to the station, very convenient. Rooms are small but have everything you need and are very clean. Fabulous large bath towels, decent shower.

Cons:

Not sure why we needed ID to check in, I almost didn't bring my driving licence. Couldn't find an ironing board.

Cases restricted quick exit in case of emergency(fire etc) as had to block doorway.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Often had to wait for food to come out.

Cons:

Room was so small and when we asked at reception, we were told all rooms were the same. Had to walk sideways to get past the bed. Could not open cases on floor due to no room so had to lift heavy case onto the bed. No fridge, no long-life milk just tea bags, coffee and kettle.

The location - near to Romford station,
accessible to bus and lots of restaurants nearby.

Horrible! Will definitely not stay again

Its was dirty and so dusty.there was a random pair of dirty shoes in our room. 1 towel, when the booking was for me and my husband as we had just gotten married. It was super small

Great, would return
Pros:

Perfect location for the station and easy access to the Elizabeth line
It was clean, the ac works! The staff were great, especially on check in she did everything to get us an early check in

Cons:

Not really a fault on the property but the fire alarm went off early in the morning on the Sunday not sure if it was a test as no signs and no explanations

Also there were a few rude guests, younger student types who didn’t want to wait and were pushy and got in my personal space when trying to pay but again not really a fault about the hotel

Small but good overall
Pros:

Reasonable price, was attending an event in Stratford so easy on the Elizabeth line to get back to the hotel.

Cons:

The room was very small, only one of us could get ready at once as such limited space.
