Our experience of the service at this hotel was awful!
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

I never managed to stay there.
There was a mix up with my booking and the way they handled it was SO bad and I ended up paying for a room I never stayed in!

Had a nice and relaxing stay
Pros:

I loved the atmosphere throughout the whole hotel and I was beautifully decorated

Cons:

In the room there was a couple of different marks on the curtains and walls, just expected it to be spotless. Although the website said bath and shower, it was only a shower

Pros:

Excellent city centre location, right across the train station and very close to shops and restaurants. There was no on-site car park but that wasn't a problem because the Liberty shopping mall was only 5mins walk so we could park there.

Cons:

The room was a bit tight but then for the price paid it was well worth it

Pros:

Bed was pretty comfortable and made for a great night's sleep

Cons:

Advertised photos show spacious rooms with desks and chairs but could hardly move around the bed it was quite cramped in that sense. The plan was to stay and work from the hotel room before travelling onwards but made it work but something to bear in mind when booking the hotel.
