New modern property with one bedroom apartment option. Several restaurants and a nice cafe connected to the hotel.
It is in an older part of Almaty and the road in front of hotel was blocked off during the last few days of our stay.

Curtains with blackout didn't block the very early sunrise. Construction noose all night on the first night. Breakfast was a lot but simple and nothing special.

Great stay in the 2 bedroom. There is not many place that has 2 bedroom so this beats the competitor hands down. Hotel in great location with many eating options and is centrally located . About 900 meters to green bazaar and the cathedral . It’s also in pretty new condition. Staff are friendly on par with service of a Novotel brand . Price is good value and is cheap compared to Europe . You must try the Italian restaurant and sandyq which is a local restaurant in the same block .
Good location , nice spacious rooms and the staff were polite and helpful- Ruslan, Ramilya and Tamina at reception and also the other staff at the hotel were all great.
Отличное расположение, рядом Мега, рестораны, кафе. Приятный персонал, все были вежливые и старались помочь. Есть все принадлежности и хорошего качества, что очень удобно.
Номер был не очень опрятным, на дверцах всех шкафчиков на кухне были отпечатки пальцев в большом количестве. Крашенные стены тоже не самые свежие, особенно когда включаешь свет, то сразу видно все потеки, пятна и тд. Подушки неудобные. Завтраки очень посредственные, ягоды были с плесенью.
