We are traumatized by the staff and are preparing a lawsuit against one of the reception workers. He behaved very badly by entering the room without our permission. He was drunk. We felt his presence at 11:30. He told us to leave the room. We are very shocked.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, die Ausstattung modern. Gute Food-Area. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Haustier sehr praktisch der direkt angrenzende Park.

Cons:

Ich glaube, die Klimaanlage ging nicht - habe sie aber nicht benötigt. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, habe sie schlussendlich nicht genutzt, da zufällig ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus frei wurde.

Onovertroffen prijs/kwaliteit voor grote groepen vrienden
Pros:

Kamers ontzettend netjes, alles werkte perfect. Ontbijt echt heel lekker - zeker gezien het in de prijs van de kamer zat. Met 12 man overnachten voor €450 is simpelweg fantastisch.

Cons:

25min lopen naar het centrum is voor sommigen misschien iets te ver. Het in- en uitchecken vond ik wat lang duren, alhoewel er nul wachtrij was, het systeem waarmee gewerkt wordt leek erg omslachtig.

very good hotel at Dusseldorf. affordable. breakfast was quite good. they served some unique items which other hotels at this price dont serve. liked it.
