The personnel were the best!!!
The room was cold when I arrived. There was an electric heater that is getting electricity only when you are in the room. The room got comfortable temperature almost 5 hours after my arrival, which was when I was sleeping, a time not very important to have heat.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, we loved every bit of our stay! Thank you Manisha and her team for making it so special. I rarely stay in hotels when I visit India, but among the few times I have, this was by far the most extraordinary experience. Manisha and her team truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the effort and thoughtfulness they put into everything. It was such a special evening celebrating my niece and brother’s birthdays, and seeing how happy they were, especially my sister-in-law, who was beyond thrilled. It meant the world to us. The dinner was phenomenal, and a huge shoutout to Govind for his exceptional care and that delicious beetroot halwa that we are still talking about! Because of how wonderfully we were treated and how smoothly every request was handled, I will be recommending the Radisson in Shimla/Kufri to all my friends visiting the area/country. Thank you once again for creating such beautiful memories for our family.
