Great experience, recommended for solo female travellers.
Pros:

Staff was great. Breakfast made to order. They even call to remind you to eat, lol. The boys were very helpful and willing to walk with me, a solo travelling girl, to where my cab was waiting. The airport transfer taxi got me safe to the hotel. Cars cannot enter heritage walk though.

Okay if you want super close proximity to the temple but else suggest staying elsewhere
Pros:

Location being close to golden temple and attractions but impossible to get rides unless you get on a rickshaw outside the temple area. Staff were hospitable

Cons:

The bathroom shower heads regulation of temperature, the overall cleanliness of the linen, the breakfast was terrible

Superb location. ! Only 300 meters away from the golden temple ! Clean enjoyable and happening hotel !

Pros:

A superb location between the Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. There's a busy pedestrian street in front of the hotel but it's extremely quiet inside the rooms. Great views too.

Cons:

Nothing, it's an amazing hotel!
Uber tips: :when arriving, request your Uber ride to drop you off at the Partition Museum (then walk to the hotel, only about 5 mins). Or, when leaving the hotel, walk to the museum first before calling an Uber. No cars at all are permitted in the center zone near the hotel. There's no point paying for closer drop off or pick up locations that seem to be possible in the Uber app but aren't practically possible. Also, when going to the Attari-Wagah border, your driver will request a fare including waiting and a return trip - expect to pay about INR 1500.
