Location. Near Jaffa Street and Jaffa Gate
No natural light, bathroom was unclean, very noisy from early morning to well into the evening and had an odour of bleach. Could do with a facelift.

מיקום מעולה בעיר עצמה . פשוט ונחמד המקום.
יש כמה דברים בחדרים שהם לא מתוקנים. לדוגמא המנורה כמעט התפרקה מהמקום .
במקלחת המתלה שעליו תולים את הדוש היה גם לא מוחזק כראוי.
גם היה משהו נחמד ששמו לי קפסולות של נספרסו, אבל לא היו כוסות שיכולתי להכין את הקפה. עם זאת הקומקום והמיכל מים של המכונת קפה היו מטונפים. ניסיתי לעשות תה בתרמוס שלי עם חימום המים בקומקום והמים היו חמוצים ומגעילים. בסוף ויתרתי על התה.

המקום נראה כמו אכסניה ולא כפי שמתואר, החדרים פשוטים, דלתות הארונות שבורים, לא היו מים חמים, לא טלויזיה, מקום לא מתוחזק.

לצערנו הקירות היו ממש דקים , היה בחור שלא הפסיק לצרוח באמצע הלילה מהחדר שלו ושמענו הכל , בנוסף קיבלנו חדר עם שני חדרים ובחדר השני הקיר היה עם מעט עובש , בגלל שהיינו לילה אחד אז זה היה נסבל

Finding he place is extremely difficult. There is a sign on the main road and a maze behind it leading to stairs and a patio. I had to phone for guidance. They told me that there is 'a golden door' and that is the entrance to the hotel. No sign. But it worked. The room smelled dirty. The doorhandle on the inside was missing. Consequently, I was locked in and could only get out after phoning the management. It was fixed, but it did not feel good. The door could not properly close, alowing light from the corridor to enter the room. I woke up at 01:30 A.M. due to people in the corridor making loud phone calls. Checking out was a nightmare, too. There was nobody at the desk at 08:00. Had to phone three times; they told me to wait and promised to send somebody, but nobody showed up. Wasted half an hour waiting (I am the polite type that does that) and then left the key on the desk and left. I first checked if my room was properly payed for via Booking.com and it was.
