החדר לא היה נקי, התאורה לא עובדת ואין אנשים לדבר איתם אם מגיעים מאוחר בערב.
אין איש ביטחון ואין למי לפנות. היה לנו מקרה של מריבה בין אורחי מלון שהרעישו בין 2-4 לפנות בוקר - ואין עם מי לדבר.
מיקום טוב , חשוב לקחת בחשבון שאזור רועש (אין מה לעשות זה לא אשמת המקום אירוח אבל כן מריך לחשוב במידה וסוגרים לי שעשה להירדם עם רעש)
השירותים, יש עובש , צריך להחליף את הסיליקון ולשתות שם אי אפשר להשתמש בשירותים בכלל

חדר נקי מעוצב ממש יפה ואווירה טובה.
אבל החדרים מעולים!!! במצב טוב. הכל עבד. מים חמים. מקרר. וכו' הכל היה נקי.
בחוץ זה רק אזור קטן לשבת עם כסאות לא כזה מסודר.אבל מי שמחפש בעיקר שהחדר יהיה טוב אז החדרים מעולים-מאובזרים ונקיים.

Very convenient to train, shops and restaurants. We had our adult daughter with us and the adjoining rooms, each with a bathroom, gave us privacy and space to relax.
We moved from another hotel this was much better yet it had a lower score from previous guests.

The closet needs to be finished to hang clothes. Instructions for the TV would have been helpful.

Не рекомендую этот отель, особенно за стоимость 500 шекелей за одну ночь.
Несмотря на то, что мы заранее предупредили о позднем заселении, по приезде на ресепшене никого не было. Более 20 минут пришлось безуспешно звонить сотрудникам, прежде чем удалось с большим трудом заселиться.
Когда мы вошли в номер, были неприятно удивлены его состоянием. В комнате была грязь, на окнах плесень. Ванная комната оказалась совершенно не убрана: зеркала были в разводах, сантехника выглядела грязной. Даже чайник был в таком состоянии, что пользоваться им не хотелось.
При выезде ситуация повторилась — на ресепшене снова никого не оказалось, поэтому нормально сдать номер также не получилось.
На улице заявленный сад выглядит не так как на картинке, там даже сидеть неприятно везде грязь.
За такую цену ожидаешь хотя бы чистоту, элементарный сервис и присутствие персонала. К сожалению, этот отель не оправдал ожиданий. Не рекомендую.

תחזוקה לקויה של החדרים , קיר מתפורר ,אבנית במקלחת וחלודה בריהוט לא נעים בכלל .
