Pros:

The hotel offers breakfast and/or food can be purchased à la carte from the cafe. They have a washer and dryer facility in the basement. They offer a lot of lounge space downstairs. There is an amazing restaurant for dinner across the street; we ate there twice on our 3 night stay in Torino.

Pulizia impeccabile, ambienti perfettamente tenuti e un’ospitalità davvero straordinaria.

Il vero punto di forza è senza dubbio il personale: di una gentilezza rara, sempre sorridente, premuroso, estremamente disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, facendo sentire gli ospiti coccolati e a proprio agio.

Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di fare colazione al bar, scegliendo liberamente ciò che si desidera, senza dover necessariamente acquistare la formula colazione prevista dalla struttura. Una flessibilità che rappresenta un ulteriore valore aggiunto.

Un luogo in cui professionalità, cortesia e attenzione ai dettagli si incontrano alla perfezione.

Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva, che merita il massimo dei voti e che consiglierei senza alcuna esitazione!

Cons:

Il prezzo è un po’ elevato, anche se la qualità della struttura e l’eccellente servizio offerto lo giustificano in buona parte. La zona non è tra le più suggestive di Torino per una passeggiata serale, ma basta evitare di addentrarsi nelle stradine alle spalle della metropolitana e preferire le vie principali. Naturalmente, si tratta di una caratteristica del quartiere e non di un difetto imputabile alla struttura.

Pros:

L'accoglienza, la professionalità delle ragazze alla reception, la semplicità nel ricevere informazioni precise ed esaustive.
Ottima pulizia. Buona la colazione al buffet.

Cons:

Il bagno dotato di una bellissima finestra ma con infisso bloccato non apribile nemmeno a ribalta: forse per motivi di sicurezza risolvibili magari con una piccola inferriata.
Bene organizzato il servizio di colazione a buffet ...un pochino troppo frequente il personale tra i tavoli che interviene continuamente per togliere ogni ciotola o tazzina o posata durante la consumazione piuttosto che al termine.

Les chambres spacieuses et la possibilité d'avoir une suite familiale, la propreté, le petit déjeuner, facilité de garer une voiture dans les rues alentours (attention, pas juste devant : le marquage jaune est réservé aux résidents)

Pros:

The room was pretty comfortable, the location good, close to Parco Valentino and the metro. The breakfast was also good, especially the excellent home-made cakes, and the fruits were of high quality. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

You should go to Papa Lele's ice cream shop which is close by. Fantastic gelato.

Cons:

The bed was maybe not the most comfortable.

The signal for the emergency light shines a constant light and the room is therefore never completely dark at night. Those sensitive to such things should definitely bring a mask to shade the eyes. I couldn't have fallen asleep witbout it.
