Il personale della struttura è giovane, molto accogliente e sempre disponibile a risolvere eventuali necessità. La camera era molto grande e funzionale e aveva l’accesso al roof top.
Nello stesso edificio c’è un residence per studenti, ma in piani differenti.

La struttura è nuova e generalmente ben tenuta, soprattutto la stanza era pulita e moderna. La posizione a soli dieci minuti dalla metro rende semplice i movimenti, anche se il centro è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata. Il quartiere è pieno di localini interessanti. Per me comunque il vero punto di forza è stato il servizio di reception, attivo 24 ore su 24 e sempre disponibile e gentilissimo! Ho anche dimenticato il lettore ebook in stanza e l'hotel è stato efficientissimo nell'avvertirmi e organizzare la spedizione. Lo consiglio vivamente
L'unica pecca sono gli ascensori, un po' datati e tenuti peggio del resto, e il fatto che le stanze non sono molto isolate acusticamente, ma comunque direi che sono problemi marginali.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Deshalb war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Wir haben es geneldet, aber sie konnten dafür nichts unternehmen.

Very nice location, easily accessible by public transport. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were very nice details as a personalized postcard in the room.
The hotel and the rooms were always too warm, I needed to open the windows frequently. The breakfast could be a bit better; croissants tasted old and food and cutlery were not replenished often enough.

The location is perfect, 10-15 minutes walk to Puerto Nouva- main centre. The size of the room is ok. The staff was great! Very kind and helpfull!
The breakfast could be fresher and better. Since it is was a dorm 1-4th floor it looks like the studends were hired to cook. So it did not hava a choice for the amount paid dor breakfast.
