It was near metro station and city center
It was not clean. The refrigerator did not work and when I told the reception, they did not fix it. The room was too warm and air-conditioning was not enough to cool down the room in summer. Walls were dirty. Shower had mold.

Climatisation bruyante par moment
I am not here for the first time. My son was living in CX and that's the reason why I would always stay here. It is a very comfortable place, everything is close (city centre, park Valentino etc). The breakfast is also OK though I ate only once - I prefer just to take one croissant and a coffee. I recommend the place as it is clean and comfortable and the staff is nice. They also have a garage which is important when you are in this area.
This time my fridge was not working. I informed the staff but the problem was not solved. I also had a defect in the bathroom but it was OK though it was not solved either.
I liked that everything was available in the room (hairdryer, vanity kit, towels) and the bed was very comfy
The paint in the room could be redone
Location convenient for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to Metro station and bus stops - easy access to sights. Restaurants etc close by.
Clean, spacious room with a minibar and a kettle. Nice bathroom.

Parking on site (extra charge)
1) In the first room they gave us, the air conditioning wasn't working. So, the staff moved us to another, smaller room without a sofa, which wasn’t very convenient. The staff told us we could adjust the air conditioning using the room’s thermostat. However, that wasn’t the case. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, didn’t cool the room sufficiently, and was so noisy that it was hard to sleep at night.
2) In the (double) room, there was (only) one chair next to a small table and a floor lamp, but there was no wall outlet to plug in the lamp (!!).
3) The access cards for the hotel facilities and the room didn’t always work.
4) Breakfast offered limited choices; it was acceptable, but it could use some improvement.
5) The extra charge for the parking (20euros/night) is expensive.
Overall, next time we’ll book a different hotel.

Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici. Si può parcheggiare l'auto nel garage sotterraneo €20. Camera semplice ma confortevole. Colazione basica
Colazione troppo cara per la poca scelta del cibo e prodotti di qualità basica. Meglio fare colazione al bar senza includerla nella camera.
Ambiente giovane, allegro e dinamico (anche grazie alla presenza degli Universitari)
