Friendly and efficient staff. Location near a good food stall. The hotel is recent and super clean. Rooms was comfortable.

A nice budget hotel that I would like to stay for my next trip to penang

A really convenient area that is walkable to most of the area in georgetown. The hotel room is quite clean, although the noise problem exists (ie. closing of doors from the next room), i didn't hear about the pipe noise problem that is in the comment, others are fine. Excellent if you are the type to be able to withstand the noise. ps: I got a free upgrade to the family room for 4 people. Free luggage storage is also very convenient if you arrive too early or going for a late plane flight
