A nice budget hotel that I would like to stay for my next trip to penang

A really convenient area that is walkable to most of the area in georgetown. The hotel room is quite clean, although the noise problem exists (ie. closing of doors from the next room), i didn't hear about the pipe noise problem that is in the comment, others are fine. Excellent if you are the type to be able to withstand the noise. ps: I got a free upgrade to the family room for 4 people. Free luggage storage is also very convenient if you arrive too early or going for a late plane flight

Yeah just the noise, but I can sleep through it so it's fine hahaha

Pros:

The location is good. Most places of interests can be reached if willing to walk and if it is not raining.
I went there with my two teenagers and we can walk to most places with the help of google map.
We are a family of 4 stay and we stay four nights. The hotel is also within walking distance to The Top.
The room is clean and tidy, you can see there are cleaners cleaning the lifts as well as keeping the lobby area dry as it is raining when we were there. The aircon is good. There are two hairdryers, one inside the toilet and the other can be found in the bedroom area.
Seriously, there is nothing for me to complain. The counter staff are nice and helpful too.
