B2 Phuket Premier Hotel

All beds in Thai hotels seem to be rock hard..! Pool is dirty, rusty and broken tiles.. not like the pictures..! Clean rooms. Quite noisy with a constant loud throbbing noise in our room

Wonderful stay three week stay while our home was being worked on. Loved the roof top pool and nice location and free parking for my truck.

The room was dirty and also Dirty towel shower very bad

My was spacious & clean. Kettle , water & coffee. I would stay again.

Beds are terrible
Room is always bright during day needs window blinds , toilets flood during shower

We didn't stay as was dirty upon arrival the pool was green we had to pay for another hotel and didn't receive any money back I wish I had taken photos to show how bad it was

Hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend, especially for the price.

The staff was extremely unhelpful. The hotel lacks a lift to the 8th floor, and no one assisted us. We had to carry our luggage ourselves during both check-in and check-out. Additionally, we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes for our luggage, only to be denied help in the end.

Room had mould on the roof, with plant life growing from it, hotel okay generally but I would not stay again due to the mould issue.

Pool closed too early. We wanted go to pool around 8pm it was closed we were told. Otherwise everything was great. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We were checked in early then booked checked time as we got there like 11am with no problem checking in early and no additional fee. Thanks 10/10 from us.

Pros: The staff were all amazing, and the room was clean, nice pool on top floor.
Cons: When the hotel started to get a bit more busy, the stench from the pipes in the bathroom was bad. Hard bed as well. The Wi-Fi was a little annoying as we would have to login over and over unless we were continuously using it.

Stayed in the same room as just one year ago. There were items that needed repair then and still do. Place is overall nice but they are not fixing things, the rooms are mostly clean but are in need of a deep clean, mold in the shower ect. But the people are nice, reasonable price for the he experience and a good location if you have transportation

The Hotel is clean. The only suggestion I can say is to change the mattress on the bed because they are hard.

The property only offers a bed to sleep on and a pool.

Good location, staff welcoming.

It's a nice hotel in a quiet area (if the construction next door is over though) not very far from Phuket's old town. The pool is nice but the glass around the pool is very dirty. The staff are friendly and keep the area clean. There are some cafes and local restaurants around.

Clean and great if you have your own transportation
