Nice location, poor service
Pros:

The location is good. The room is large. Breakfast is good, when you can get it. A fill in employee, Armando, is stellar and super polite and made up some for others

Cons:

The kitchen employee (older woman) was unbearably rude and yelled about us in Spanish, (which we speak fluently, though we are white).

At check-in we were told breakfast would be at 6, so we could make our morning flight time on Saturday. Apparently it isn't at 6, and the woman yelled at us. The young man at the front desk tried to give us to go packs, but the kitchen was out of yogurts, so we got a pretty miserable package.

The cleaning, on 1 day out of 3, was very slap dash and the trash cans were not emptied. Really poor service. Staff needs some huge levels of training.

Ordentliche Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln

Zimmer grosszügig und sauber
Ordentliches Frühstück inbegriffen

Cons:

Schalldurchlässige Türen zum Gang und zum Nebenzimmer
Zimmer werden nur jeden zweiten Tag gemacht und auch das gingen den drei Tagen vergessen

It was amazing!
Pros:

Everything was great. The stuffs, room, services, breakfast.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was weak. Also, there was no lock on t he bathroom door. We wanted to have more power outlets on the wall over the counter area.
