Great breakfast, beautiful design and river views. Friendly staff. The hotel felt very special since it was in a train station and the design was very interesting. Close to many Fado places in Alfama.

La chambre était bien aménagée, mais en ce qui me concerne, je pense que les matériaux, tissus des rideaux, par exemple était les matériaux de mauvaise qualité très allergisants, car j’ai fait les deux nuits où j’étais là une réaction allergique assez forte, et je sais que c’est dû à cela J’ai été obligé d’arrêter la clim. Bon heureusement tous les touristes n’ont pas ce problème. par contre j’ai bien aimé être au bord du fleuve et regarder les bateaux passer ou s’arrêter. En attendant l’admission dans le port l’hôtel est un ancien cloître dans une partie. C’est également de gare et au sous-sol il y a le métro donc c’est une situation très particulière et intéressante. Le bus Sarette devant la porte et permet d’aller vers les lieux touristiques recommandés des petits restaurants autour de cet hôtel étaient très bon et recommandé sur trip Advisor.

Beautiful historical building well maintained.
It was clean, but a little dusty and the towels looked and felt old, as well as the pillows. Not a 5 star hotel, more of a 4 star hotel.
The breakfast was delicious and changed everyday. The staff were also very attentive in cleaning and proving amenities which was a pleasant surprise every time I came back from exploring Lisbon and arriving to a beautifully prepared bed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel has absolutely very unique interior design as it's a part of old train station building. Very friendly and professional stuff, lovely breakfast and nice views from a room balcony.
The location itself is good enough to reach the most famous objects and parts of city center within 10-15 minutes walk.
However, there were some disadvantages as well.
Homeless people just outside the hotel/train station. Didn't feel comfortable, when coming back in the evening. Bathroom had literally no doors. And it was a bit noisy because of big street and train station itself.
