Insgesamt, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für meine Bedürfnisse. Würde trotz des miefigen Rezeptionsbereichs wieder do
Pros:

Die Lage war meinen Bedürfnissen angepasst: nicht im totalen Trubel der Innenstadt, aber doch Innenstadt Nähe, an einem Verkehrsknotenpunkt: METRO, Bus, Bahn und trotzdem ruhig( gut isolierte Fenster), Zimmer ok( relativ neu renoviert) Balkon mit Wasserblick.
Keine Ahnung wann das Hotel erbaut wurde: völlig skurrile Ästhetik des Ganges und Restaurants.

Cons:

Wirklich unangenehm war der Kanalgeruch im Eingangsbereich(dies war nicht nur im Hotel feststellbar, insgesamt in Lissabon an diversen öffentlichen Bereichen wahrnehmbar)
Verstehe nicht warum dafür im Rezeptionsbereich keine bessere AC eingebaut wird.- Macht nämlich einen schlechten Eindruck bei der Ankunft

I'd definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Breakfasts were good and plentiful. Lovely room, very spacious and quiet. Good gym and superb staff

Cons:

Only slight negative was the view onto a building site (though I appreciate that is out of the hotel's control)

Disappointed
Pros:

The view of ship was surprisingly good I got the river view and they have bycicle.

Cons:

The pillow not comfortable at all.
Elevator and entrance not clean.
The first room was vibrating cause there train station bellow so they changed my room to river side. Noisy and construction very near I wouldn’t go back again… I didn’t rest at all and went to another hotel much quiet.

Well located hotel, clean with good facilities.
Pros:

Location was excellent just below the Alfama area and surrounded by cafes. Also next to the Military museum which was surprisingly interesting when we had a wet day. We had the waterside views. Also enjoyed the happy hour at the bar after a hard day site seeing. The proximity to the station was useful when we moved onto Porto.

Cons:

Some front desk staff more helpful than others.
