Das Hotel ist ok, sehr laut im Zimmer da es gleich an der Hauptstrasse ist.

Austattung und Service ist NICHT 5 Sterne wert.

Personal war freundlich aber nicht sehr gut geschuhlt.

Pros:

It is located inside the train station so it is very convenient for short term travel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is on the smaller side, but understandable since it is a historic building.

Convenient and pleasant stay
Pros:

Beautifully renovated hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is a massive asset with metro and bus stops at your door step. Sumptuous breakfast served in beautifully decorated lounge.

Cons:

Taxi booked by the hotel was very expensive compared to Uber prices. I think guests should be informed that it would be cheaper for them to book their own transport and also getting there by metro discussed

Pros:

O hotel fica dentro de uma estação de trem ( Santa Apolónia) o que facilita o deslocamento. Além disso, ele fica próximo à alguns pontos turísticos da cidade que conseguimos ir a pé: praça do comércio, rua Augusta, castelo de São Jorge. Assim, a localização é maravilhosa.
O hotel é silencioso e muito aconchegante. Tudo novo.
Nosso quarto tinha a vista linda do rio Tejo.
Acrescento a equipe de funcionários do café da manhã. Todos muito prestativos. Faço um elogio especial ao funcionário Kirshor (acho que é assim que se escreve) pois fazia os melhores omeletes ! Parabéns a toda equipe de funcionários. Espero poder voltar.

Interessantes Hotel, aber sicher keine 5 Sterne nach unseren Vorstellungen.
Pros:

Außergewöhnliches Gebäude. Zimmer nicht besonders groß, aber für eine Urlaubsreise völlig zweckmäßig. Phantastisches Frühstück. Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tägliches housekeeping (heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr). Top Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Dingen die man gesehen haben sollte + hervorragende Bus und Metroverbindung.

Cons:

Heute oft zu findende nachträglich eingebaute Bad/Toilettenkombi mit nur unzureichender Privatsphäre. Zu wenige Bügel (nur 3) im überschaubaren Platzangebot für Bekleidung.
Was tatsächlich aber sehr ärgerlich war ist die Tatsache, dass wir Blick zum Tajo gebucht hatten. Von 4 Tagen hatten wir 2 Tage formatfüllend ein riesen Kreuzfahrtschiff vor dem Fenster stehen. Da war vom Tajo kaum was zu sehen. Zusätzlich zahlreiche Kreuzfahrtgäste mit direktem Blick in unser Zimmer. Das sollte man schon wissen und vom Hotel kommunizieren.
