Nice clean hotel - good location. Night staff could have been more helpful
Pros:

Lovely clean room. Good was good - we had a breakfast and late lunch the day before. Staff - most of them - were very helpful- especially the day reception staff.

Cons:

Offers room service till 3.00am. Front desk said to phone the kitchen who then said reception will take your phone order and will call us back. They did half an hour later, by which time, we’d given up and went to bed.

Very nice stay in a historical building and area.
Pros:

The hotel is so nice and what used to be part of the station has been nicely transformed into the hotel. Long halls and nicely decorated. Right next to the metro and train station, literally just next door. The location is very nice, next to the alfama district and close to downtown as well. If you like to walk you can visit main districts by foot. The breakfast was really good and the staff of the hotel really nice and helpful.

Cons:

Being right next to the train station has its disadvantages as well, you can hear the trains at night or early in the morning. Luckily they do not go late at night, but kind of early. If you don't sleep like a rock then I would recommend ear plugs.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt Busse und Züge vor der Tür; sehr außergewöhnliches Konzept - Hotel an sich schon eine Attraktion ; der Mehrpreis für das Zimmer mit Blick zum Wasser empfehlenswert, da man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten kann ;

Cons:

Am Waschbecken hab es keinen Seifenspender ; teilweise Verkalkungen stark sichtbar

Nice historical building close to the river Tejus and in Alfama neighborhood. Convenient to be close to the station and also car rentals.

Gut, wenn man Abends nur mehr über die Seite vom Wasser zum Hotel flaniert

Lage des Hotels am Abend nicht perfekt, leider durch den Bahnhof nicht „sicher“ u.a. Obdachlose dadurch ein unsicheres Gefühl

O hotel é muito bom, ótima localização, decoração Linda, quarto de bom tamanho. Limpeza nota 10. Funcionarios muito simpáticos e solícitos.

Acho que o café da manhã é bom, mas poderiam oferecer opções mais diversas e variar ao longo dos dias.

The hotel is built inside the upper part of Santa Apolónia train station. But no worries NO train noise or anything like that. It is a very beautiful old-fashioned elegant hotel.
Rooms are nice and clean, beds very comfortable, the view on the river was amazing (if you get the room on that side). We had breakfast included: the breakfast was very very good with lot of choice and pretty high food and drinks quality!
Being kind of “in the station” you have access to train and metro (terminal metro station of the Azul line) just walking down the stairs. Such a strategic point for moving around.

Cons:

The bathroom with the toilet was a bit narrow. In the period when we visited there were construction sites in front of the station. It could ruin a bit the view, but the view it is still very nice.

Da arquitetura das zonas comuns e salva a simpatia do chefe de sala do pequeno almoço e do bellman, os únicos proativos que tentaram melhorar a nossa estadia

Os quartos, essencialmente casas de banho são pequenas e a manutenção deixa muito a desejar. Silicones da base de duche num estado equivalente a uma pensão com sensação de sujo.
sem opção de estacionamento no edifício, dão como opção um parque publico, mas que afinal è pago, não explicam onde è e com a quantidade de obras na envolvente demoramos mais de 45 min a encontrar estacionamento.
