Pros:

They people were exceptional .. Their was no - No word for anything. Everything was presented the way it should be 1 Hotel was not eager for taking for small things , No disturbance no botheration - No here and their talks when kids were swimming and playing in the hotel ..

Cons:

My kids asked for this and that and they got everything.. They provided free extra bed with no extra charge - I have taken dinner included in package and tea coffee shake , erc etc they have not even charged single rupees extra and served everything very happily..

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

All staff were helpful and polite. At check in / out. Abhishek from house keeping was polite and kept everything clean n tidy. In Resturant Ram made excellent Tea / coffee and looked after us well. Dinning / Breakfast room Khushboo, Manoj and Naveen with all the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Made our stay enjoyable.
