Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised that we were checked in two hours earlier than expected, which was a great start to our stay. The bed linen and towels were spotless, fresh, and perfectly white – everything felt very clean and well cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel truly comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back again – I would choose only this hotel in the future!

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt
Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten bis zum Centrum.
Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Wenig Auswahl und oft leere Platten am Buffet.

Stark Verbesserungsfähig!
Pros:

Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Cons:

Mangelnde Sauberkeit im Bad und vor allem in der Küche. Der Flur wurde ebenfalls 3 Tage lang nicht gereinigt. Übrigens ging unsere Zimmerkarte 2 mal nicht. Der Hausmeister war sehr nett und hilfsbereit was man von der Rezeption-Dame nicht behaupten kann.

Ideal für Bahnreisende direkt beim Bahnhof; insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber zu einem fairen Preis
Pros:

Die Lage war top, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig und relativ gross. Der Pool ist ideal, um sich etwas zu entspannen und das Fitness ist für Läufer gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Im Bad waren einige Sachen defekt: Ablauf verbogen, Brause undicht, WC-Rollen-Halter herunterhängend. Die Matratzen sind ganz speziell, sie beinhalten wohl Metallfedern.

Sehr grosse Zimmer mit kleiner Küche
Gutes Frühstück. Direkt beim HB Düsseldorf. Ca. 25 Min. zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Unbedingt Online-Check-in machen.

Pros:

Lage direkt am Bahnhof (sowohl positiv als auch negativ)

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Das Check-In Personal nachmittags war sehr unfreundlich und der Check-In dauerte 45 Minuten. Es gab nur noch wenige Bademäntel und keine frischen Handtücher im Wellnessbereich, außerdem waren sehr laute Gruppen im Hotel, die den Wellnessbereich ungenießbar gemacht haben. Für den Preis pro Nacht war es wirklich ein Reinfall.
Die Mädels in der Frühschicht wiederum waren sehr freundlich.
